I didn't know who or what AKB48 was until 2 minutes ago, and I have no interest in cheesy pop wherever it may originate. However, one would be hard pressed not to see the merits of this video:

Apparently they tend to be separated into more regular sized groups most of the time and the rankings of the groups is a big deal.

Trying hard not to launch into a sweary tirade, but I've just wasted 2 hours of my life trying to sort out a playlist for a MP3 player.

A flipping playlist of all things! Something that's been around for so long and in a standard format but they insist on using their own stupid little proprietary format that's virtually impossible to duplicate without major text file editing. All for a bloody playlist!!??

If I ever meet anyone who designed their MP3 players I'm going to smack them right in the balls.
