My nephew telling my mother that his new brother/sister should be called Arther Energy. A few days later he elaborated to Arther Energy Bill - then the family twigged he'd misheard "Halve your energy bill" on an ad on TV!

A dog looking very unimpressed with the hat he's been given to wear.

Horses. There's one who lives not far from my house in a field with a public footpath I use most days, and after months of passing through her field, sometimes feeding her oats, apples and carrots and occasionally brushing her, she now neighs and comes running over to say hello whenever she sees me. Indeed I regard her as precious to me as any of my human friends. Such elegant creatures with extraordinarily expressive faces. One of nature's finest creations.

I saw the new VW Passat advert tonight on tv, with the young kid pretending to be Darth Vader (it's on YouTube if you have not seen it).

Excellent advert that'll make you smile.

Nipped into the supermarket tonight on my own to grab some scran for the piggies. I went to a till that had some middle aged guy in front of me, accompanied by a lass who I presumed was his daughter. She was a bit of a hottie. Maybe late teens/early twenties. Pretty, slim and nice legs. And boy, could you see them. Quite a revealing skirt! Anyway, I noticed a few interested glances in my direction. From the hottie. I can't remember ever having 'it', but I clearly still have 'it'! Made me smile, anyway.

If I was single I'd have smashed the father out of the way and steamed in there like a particularly sexed-up engine!

you sure the "father" wasn't her "client"? What were they purchasing?

The thought did occur. As did the pimp/ho notion. But with legs like that, all I could see were the legs. I can't recall seeing what they bought. It was all about the legs.

tbh I was so knocked sideways that those shapely pins were showing an interest in lil old me, that all possible hideous combos didn't seem to matter!

I must admit that the amount of potential play I've got waiting for me in a couple of weeks does make me grin smugly! Whether or not I decide to indulge (I've always seen the intimate stuff as part of a caring relationship rather than "just sex") is another matter.

Maybe I news to change my views and beliefs regarding this kind of thing?
