May as well try it on the back. If you are heavy, the comfort factor alone might make it a winner. Even at my weight, I notice.

Hamsterley Forest is really close to me. Near Wolsingham. Nice place.

        That hamsterly place sounds great.

The North East IS great, man! Durham itself is very hilly, and Northumberland, the Yorkshire Dales, the North York Moors, and the Lakes are all less than 90 minutes away. Great for biking!

That wide angle says it won't be compatible. Get the one I linked to to be sure. It turned up fairly swiftly. You need the wide angle otherwise, you just end up with a death ray pin point of light.

Note: you will get no warning that it is about to run out. Remember to recharge before riding. Mine lasts 3.5-4hrs on full whack.
I've just ordered the cree xml t6 light this morning and went for the wide angle lens from the states to be sure of it fitting.

Have you ever used cateye lights ?

On my way home last night, i asked a lad who was on a road bike and he was using cateye lights but looking them up they are expensive but no doubt be very good.

Well i've received the light in the post on saturday and awaiting the arrival of the wide angle lens because the light is good, i tried it out in the garden but being a spot lens at the moment so much of the light is wasted.

As the light is chinese made, I'm surprised they haven't started fitting or including a wide angle lens in the package.

i hope it turns up soon as i want to properly try out the light on a trail or edge of a field i use as a short cut.

Anyone got any helpful tips to stop the bottom of my trousers going into the front chainwheel? Wrecking my trousers. :/

Can someone recommend me a quality cheap front derailleur to replace the pants one that came with my cube. Its the only part i think was cheap on the whole bike. Its terrible. My front has three chain wheels if that matters.

Make some Velcro straps or something to hold them away from the chain.

Depends what rear kit your using as shimano or SRAM would be the choice.

I think I've got a shimano alivio front with a deore rear.

Have you tried altering the setting on it, though it can take a bit to get to how you want it.

Can't wait to get back there, the helmet is a met which was ?24 but is now ?34ish gone up in 2 days since I bought mine and a great helmet

Been out today and rode some trails, got absolutely soaked in the rain but was all good fun.

Anyone recommend some trousers that are water resistant and a jacket ?

Think I'll need to get ones with adjustable ankles to avoid ripping them on the chain.
