Just upgrading out digital faxing solution, had a week off... Monday morning after I came back, 9 AM and they are asking what progression I have made on it. I hadn't at this point even started going through my missed emails.... Absolute dicks.

Hah! Not all of them are tossers, but I seem to be dealing with a load of them at the moment. The flip side of course is that the good PM's are too busy to help out.

In other news, I have a competency based interview tomorrow for a new job, after already having technical assessment and standard interview. But it's for 90 minutes! Jaysus.

I am working on a new project...was supposed to be going to Germany to do prototype work next week. My P.M tells me last weekend I needed to go this week. So I rearranged my plans and went on Monday.

Sadly the material that he was supposed to have ready for me in Germany on Monday was not even sent as he "forgot to sign the order" so it turned up at 4pm on thursday. Left me enough time to open the carton before I had to pack up and leave town.
Now he is in a piss because I refused to go back on Monday.

Nice link, we've got lightning here in sunny Essex at the moment, had a massive storm at 3.30 this morning for about twenty minutes too.
So humid and hot still, roll on November and temperatures back in the low teens.

I'm in a real contented bliss state at the moment.

Just had a day off work to get some **** done at the house and now the beautiful girl is asleep upstairs, I'm chilling out on the Sofa with Boards of Canada in my headphones. Also reading up on some Sega Arcade Racing classics, as you do.

Kind of hoping the predicted thunderstorm kicks off so I can see it out of our conservatory.
