Dominic Raab is being pressured to resign due to prioritising his holiday over safely extracting translators from Afghanistan in the days before the Taliban took over the country and because Johnson is again too cowardly to fire him.
Raab has refused to answer calls and deal with urgent matters, delegating them to a Junior Minister who couldn't get anywhere due to his lower role. The pressure to resign is coming from both Labour and Tory camps.
