this would be a hard slump to get out of. A draw and you could say they'd be out to prove a point at the weekend but a loss... will be hard to get the confidence up.
on terms of benitez going... Wouldn't be helpful at the moment but bringing in a new manager just before a new transfer window would be ideal for shaking up a team.
If Liverpool don't get to the knock out stages I think he's out. Liverpool need a buyer in a year or two and they need to put across the image of challenging for the trophy every year.Last edited by abigsmurf; 20-10-2009, 20:40.

Just got back from game. I'm going for a crank*
*A cry and a wan#!
I think the team need a big sit down and things need to be said. Hard words good and bad, between players and whoever. Maybe we need to get over the Alonso formation and play a solid 4-4-2 whilst we don't have the cover. Crank time.Last edited by hudson; 20-10-2009, 21:52.

Why not? He has signed some awful players and without the big 2 you are just so average
The squad isn't good enough , There's a total rebuilding job needed at Liverpool , only they're in debt up to their eyeballs , so no money for players
for new managers to replace the amount of dross Rafa has bought in , not attractive for any top flight manager , I don't think the fans realise what a Mess the Club is in , on and off the pitch .
The worst part is , the fans will no doubt blame the Americans , looking over the 200 million plus spent and the 60 + players brought in ..
Never mind they've got Beach Boy and Beach Ball, its bout to come good inthe end
...In Rafa we trust ...
