Holsten pils cup?

I know Liverpool aren't exactly great at the moment but how Lucas gets so many games (or is even still at the club) is a mystery to me. His misses are comical at times.

His misses are hardly a regular occurance. Bit of an odd complaint about the deepest midfielder on the pitch...

In 2010 he has had 4 shots at goal in the box (and a couple of 30 yarders), the last of which was in March.

How crap was the first half...****ing hell.

Second was a lot better, Cole and Meireles both a lot less wasteful with the ball, both came on to good games. Spearing was perfectly fine in the middle too, just sat and let Raul play in front of him when we had the ball.

Maxi improved about 400% from his showing at Birmingham, which was good.

Ngog is turning into a proper finisher. He didn't really do a great deal in the game, but you always get the feeling he's going to score (or I do anyway). Still got a lot to learn, but can't really argue with 6 goals in 7 games.

Lucas is my hero.

Konchesky was a mixed bag, but even that is exceeding expectations I think, just needs to settle in a bit and he'll be fine.

Kelly must've put on about 2 stone (of muscle) in the last 6 months, he's something of a monster now for a RB.

No hoofing from the centre-backs!

I was quite surprised at Kelly's stature too, I remember seeing him a while back and thinking he looks like a boy, last night he was gorilla esque like Carragher.

Kelly really does look promising, doesn't he? Fingers crossed he stays fit this season and gets a run of games. He had a fantastic game against Lyon last year then injury struck. Hopefully we'll see him play against Northampton in the week

If Glen Johnson continues to faff about with his hairband every 5 minutes instead of concentrating on the game, I'd play Kelly every week until he gives a reason not to.

I really wish he'd sort his hair out. He has two bit of hair either side at the front that are constantly falling into his face - for the love of god tie it up properly or do something with it

Was a good game. You won't catch us conceding like it was a contest at Anfield though In the end, Berbatov was the difference.

Nani annoyed me. That freekick he some how won you when we were off up the field with momentum. He's a little girl.

Well it was a free kick in that instance (Poulsen just barged into him), but yes Nani was a bit embarrassing on a few occasions today.
