Not heard about Babel but Agger, I can understand. He played well for ages, fans loved him, got injured and then we played ****....
Unfortunately fo rhim, Skrtel is a very good player and so he was not missed so much after that. I thought we really missed Agger last season as we doid not have good control.

Babel needs to up his game - Rafa has played him a lot but he needs to deliver more.

I'm sure Agger is still very much part of Rafa's plans, maybe there is still slight concern over his foot.
Skrtel and Carra are doing so well atm he will have to be patient...I think Agger/Skrtel will be first choice for years to come barring injury, I half expected it this season but I suppose cover is important plus Arbeloa is doin well so no need for Carra to move.

Babel worries me...I just hope he's not a 'one trick pony' although I thought that about Ronaldo...

Pretty amazing stuff, although I took a seriously hard elbow in the balls from the bloke stood in front of me when Derek scored and he was jumping about all over the place. Saw at least one red in the City end got a bit of a kicking too!
Horrible tackle from Zabaleta, not sure what all the people who think it was a harsh red saw?

Aurelio had his first bad game since West Ham away last season, I thought he was pretty awful first half. Thought Mascherano looked unfit too and probably should've come off at half time.
Good, determined stuff towards the end from Kuyt, Torres, Keane and Benayoun...even Dossena did a few bits and pieces of good work.

There is/was a song for him that got sung a little when he first joined, but it died out. It's just a reworking of the old Emlyn Hughes song. Come on within, come on without, you 'aint seen nothing like the mighty (Dirk) Kuyt.

There is also Rafa's got his Dirk Kuyt, Rafa's got his Dirk Kuyt, lalalala lalalala...which is sung to sound like Rafa's got his dick out, which is pretty funny if you're as easily amused as I am.
