Great video. Makes me like Benitez a little bit. He is totally right about Souness and Klinsmann of course.

How Souness can even have the audacity to open his mouth to talk about Rafa after the way he started the rot at the club when he was manager is beyond me.

Results have been very good from a Liverpool perspective today. Nothing but a win against the Woolwich tomorrow will do, surely?

Really like Arsenal but do fancy Liverpool to get the victory tomorrow. Don't know why just do and it should be enough for 4th spot with Tottenham losing.

Awful second half display. I can't remember a single chance of note. We quite literally collapsed when we scored the own goal.

Yeah ****e. Bad luck, Johnson. Caught own goal mange from the cross that defleted off Carragher.

Real tale of two halves, first 30 minutes we were all over them. Sad day. Again.

May I ask what was the reaction of fans at the game? Pretty difficult time right now for Liverpool..

Probably the same as he ones who weren't at the game. Disappointed.

I'm getting really fücked off with all of this. The worst thing is that you could see it coming. As a Liverpool fan at present, it is a really ****ty feeling knowing that we can't seem to hold onto a lead at all. We were all over the Woolwich in the 1st half but you just knew that we'd be done over somehow if we didn't cement that superiority with a 2nd goal. They weren't much better - one magic moment from Arshavin (which took a lucky deflection off the woodwork) aside, they created nothing.

Big contract or not, I fear that Rafa will be shown the door if we fail to get that top-four finish come the end of the season.

Sheesh, the current implosion at Liverpool is quite amazing. Should Benitez get sacked, I imagine there'll be a backlash against the owners.

I was wondering if the fans have turned their anger or dissapointment to anyone at LFC... any boos e.t.c

Only consolation you'll have is that Spurs and City failed to win. If they'd both won, I would say there would be too much of a point gap with too many teams to get fourth.

Nobody gonna mention how bad the ref was at times?

The replay showing how close to the "penalty" he was...well...**** me if he's the best ref the league has to offer then we're all doomed. I'm not the biggest fan of Gerrard and I think he can be prone to going down too easily or just plain diving, but that was about as much of a stone wall penalty as I've seen this season, and Webb just waves "get up" at Gerrard.

Liverpool should have been out of sight by half time and I've got no idea why Aquilani is being protected like this, he's not gonna get injured on the bench of course, but hes never going to get up to pace with the league at this rate and he IS a quality player.
