    Yeah, should be fine there.
The only poor seats at Anfield are the ones right at the back of the Road End where you can't see the far side of the pitch.

Hopefully it'll be a decent match.

Yeah I hope so. How early do you think I should get there? I'll be arriving in Liverpool hopefully around 4pm. Wanna grab some dinner before I get out to Anfield.

Well, by about 6:30-7:00 it'll start getting quite busy close to the ground.
So if you're going to have a drive about looking for the perfect spot to park, 6:00-ish would probably be a good time to get there.

Depends what you're doing immediately before the match I guess though, if you're a pub person you're sorted, but there's not a lot else around.

Dinner? Get yourself a chippy tea before you go in!

I wouldn't mind that but I'm with me two nephews and mum. They aren't gonna much fancy that kind of food I reckon.

He was at loan at The Wednesday and we thought he was terrible. I know he was lot younger then, but I was amazed when Liverpool said they wanted him.

And now apparently we've loaned out Cavalieri to Cesena, with a view to a permanent ?1m deal.

                Another bit of transfer magic...sigh.

I've been told there is parking at Stanley Park, this is by a bloke who is from Liverpool but has lived down here for probably 30 years. I think maybe he is talking about when horse and cart was still the preferred mode of transport.

The club does have a car park on/in Stanley Park....but it is for corporate ticket holders only as far as I know.

Looks like Nemeth is off then. Shame he never got a chance, but I think it's better for him to get a move somewhere - he's fallen behind too many players now in the pecking order for one reason or another.

Team for tomorrow evening looks to be...

                      Reina
                      Kelly Carra Kyrgiakos Aurelio
                      Maxi Lucas Poulsen Jovanovic
                      Cole
                      Babel

Nemeth has struggled with injury wherever he has been. He hasn't pushed on from when the club first signed him by all accounts.

Its a shame because he was being talked of as something very special in the making.

Well, he's had two starts there, and that's enough for me. Absolutely hopeless again imo.
Cole to the left of midfield now please, Roy.

He is totally unsuited to the number 10 role, absolutely nothing going on in the boys head before he actually gets the ball, everything he does is based on instinct and is spur-of-the-moment stuff - which is fine - but not down the middle of the pitch with your back to goal.

Aquilani and Gerrard are both more suited to the role (and probably Kuyt too).

Setting up a goal counted for nothing then?

Give the guy some time! It's the start of the season so people are still finding match fitness, he hasn't played full games in ages, he's playing in a new team, with different players in it each time and has played with 3 different strikers ahead of him to boot. He's played just THREE games for us, the first of which he was the best player on the pitch, the second he didn't even play half the game against one of the best teams in the country, and tonight he was in there with what was essentially our B team. Seriously, at least give the guy a chance before writing him off....

I know it's very knee-jerk, and I normally hate that.
But there is just something not right about him there, and I'm finding it hard to think of a good way to explain what I'm feeling.

You often hear people talk about good players in that position being described as difficult to pick up/mark etc. I think he is the opposite, I think he is easy to play against in that role.

Also, Clive Tyldesley made a good point (possibly the first ever) about his goal return. Playing as our second forward essentially, he needs to be finding the net about as often as Gerrard does, or it's probably not going to be good enough - I don't think he will.

I love his enthusiasm and work-rate and he has great technique and nothing would make me more happy than for him to turn out to be a little genius in the middle, but I just don't see it.

Well I'll just say again, give him time. His goal per game ratio for Chelsea wasn't amazing but he was often used as a winger so his goal tally could never be high. Besides, how many of those games did he actually start? How many games did he finish 90mins? How many of those were sub appearances?

Let's give the guy time to find his feet, get used to playing with Gerrard and Torres and get a run of games under his belt before we decide whether he can or cannot do the job
