Had a further e-mail today saying it was in stock (and it clearly flew off the virtual shelves again) so would guess that it'll be re-stocked again within a couple of weeks.
For future reference (in case you weren't aware) you can chose to have Play Asia send you an e-mail when they have region free 360 games in stock.

The page just looked like a copy of GAMEs website from a few months back because Lara Croft was on it. The page disappeared a bit & it looked kinda blotchy in places which is what made me think it was dodgy.

Following on from the posts a couple of days ago I received this from Amazon today:
