lol, I noticed that on like my second go. But I was always trying to speed ahead and blind turns with cliffs on the other side suck .

Edit: There must be something in Back O Beyond, why would the cars spawn there otherwise? And if you look in the manual in the 'Thanks To' section they give credit to 'Big Foot' :\

I didn't really have a problem with the racing levels; as someone said earlier, it takes about 2 goes for each provided you know to get out in front first. The other thing to consider is that you don't need to go flat out at all - it's far better if you floor the accelerator only when you're sure the terrain will allow it.

Worst mission of all is surely 'Supply Lines', but only cause it doesn't even hint that you need decent flight skills, or that it's incidental to the main story. I can see people wasting hours on that mission, oblivious to the fact that they're attempting it under near-impossible conditions.

Where do you get horse-shoes from?

I've had trouble find them to, they seem alot more elusive than the hidden packages from GTA3.

When you find a camera placed some where does that mean there is a photo opportunity near?

Do the races in first person, really easy, especially the one in the dome in sa, 8 track i think it's called. same with the mountain bike trials down chiliad.

The special jumps are doing my head in.

Yeah, take a photo making sure the camera signal is in your view finder

"All my Ex's live in Texas" has been in my head ever since I took my first steps outside Los Santos. Very annoying yet highly amusing. Also amusing is loudly cheering for a horse called called Dick my Suck and giving the races your own commentary.

Less amusing are the constant phone calls telling me to catch a courier who is an hour drive away. Or the mission where I have to shoot tiny aircraft with precision aiming. First time I cursed the dualshock.

Now back to it. 30+ hours in and I haven't even listened to WCTR yet. Or done pimping missions/ flew an aircraft/took photo's etc, etc.

Im Only about 6 hours in and have spent most of my time in the bookies im afraid.

                    TIPS:

Always bet large amount on the middle horses, if you bet say 2 grand on each at 8/1 you will get 16 grand back. The law of averages means you will probs walk out with mroe than you came in with. Then when you have just won big go and save then come back.

If youre felling brave you can put everything you have on the green horse (largest odds) and keep reloading until it comes up then repeat. You will be a millionaire in no time.

                    Game:

I do the missions then save and go for a wander half the time, this game is huge.

Jeeeesus Christ, that Supply Lines mission is a piss take.

Spent 3 hours on it this afternoon and still haven't completed it. Even when I get all the delivery boys out the way, I can still never make it back to Zero's before running out of fuel !! ft:

Im stuck on just business, very nice tribute part in the mission tho.

When are you allowed to have a gang as my stats have increased to allowing me to have a gang of 3 people.??

Best way i found of doing Supply Lines is to fly to a courier, then land behind them, and then open fire. They try to either escape or get out but you can kill them quicker than they can do either. Since they do not do anything till you start firing it makes life much easier than going for strafing runs.

Then quickly turn about, take off and get to the next one. The time is really tight (to get back to Zeros) but do-able. So much easier once i worked out how the AI works.

Up to the Mafia/Casino missions in Las Venturas now; sure some bits are annoying but overall a quality gaming experience!

Geo-V6, Target on a Grove St hommie and press up on the D-pad, that gang member will now roll with you - they tend to be a bit slow at getting out off burning cars tho...

Can anybody tell me how the parachute works? I found one on the top of the mountain on the Second Island and have thrown myself of the edge pressing buttons but all I get is bruised up.

Standing on the very highest peak watching a plane travelling through a thunder storm was amazing. At times this game is genius.

So is it necessary to do this one to move on in the game then? I tried it about ten times before saying something like FU Rockstar. Kept blowing up after gunning down the fourth courier, I do find it funny if Primal Scream's 'Moving on up' is on the radio during that mission for some reason.

My favourite radio station is officially SF-UR, DJ Hans rocks, he's kerayzeee!

Yeah, you can leave 'Supply Lines' (I have for the time being, since i can't do it) and you can still carry on with the storyline.
