Does anybody know how OR points are calculated? You can do a complete route through the course and get a few hundred, or do a single stage and get over a thousand. Presumably it's somehow related to how well you do, but I can't quite see the pattern.

I find the scoring very strange in this game. I have a higher score than the number one position in SP in Outrun Mode, yet I'm not even on the leaderboard. ?_? Still even now its on general release I can't find an online game ?_?x2.

Joe, i've just been playing with a full grid of 6.

I've sussed out why there are online problems. Do you want me to host a game for you? Though I can't guarantee it won't fill up a full grid in less than 10 seconds like it's just done for the past two times.

I got the afterburner jet flyover when I was rocking one of the drift to score races.

I'm a little confused about playing online. I've got a network adapter on my PS2 but I've never registered any sort of central account/username like you do XBOX Live. Can I just hop in to Outrun games?

So did I! Man I must have had such a cheesy grin on my face, I love it! Even on PSP that rocked my socks, must be great on a big screen/surround sound set up.

I was sitting up in bed far later than I should have been trying to AAA the last race in Flagman 1... that last sequence of bends on Giant Statues f*&ked me up every time, I'd go from 1st to 5th in the blink of an eye. Nailed it in the end though.
