I am right in thinking the

"Above the Law" call happens around noon on the second day?

I'm damn sure I received a message around that time on my first play through, but I missed the call on both games after that, and the run I've got going now has seen me save quite a few people but it's getting later in the day and the main reason for this particular run was for that fight.

I've checked gamefaqs and stayed out of the Wonderland Plaza during the time slot. I just aint receiving the call.

C'mon Otis! Get your act together. For once I WANT you to call me!!111

Only 48 hours to go. The impressions in this thread have me excited for an upcoming game for the first time since Oblivion.

Got my copy I forgot I ordered yesterday, and its great.

Wasn't 100% surwe on where the survivors go, so I started again, love the idea of keeping your Frank level, am I correct in thinking ALL survivors need to be rescued via that vent?

upto level 5 now, can see this overtaking saints row for a little bit

Not really had much of a chance to soak it in but the weekendsa coming!

Not very far into it yet but it seems really stop-starty at the moment. You don't play for more than a few seconds before the next scene is played! I hope that calms down as you get in a bit more. On the plus side all the cutscenes are well produced, and the voicework is actually pretty damn good.

I got the Tin edition, which only features a colour map, which is pretty useless since it's the same size as the one in the manual anyway (except in colour). It does also offer a tip in the manual about having multiple saves, by using an alternative storage device.

edit - by the way at the start when

all the zombies come into the mall, is there any way of saving the characters? 11 of them died with me

Oh man! So no multiple saves ala Res evil? Oh well.

I'm going to try and pick up my copy today.

Nope, although take pictures of them before you approach the end of the mall to trigger the cut-scene since they still count as survivors.

A trend that more games may follow in order to get us buy more peripherals? I hope not.

What stuff is there on market place for this? Apart from themes, I've heard about a costume or something? Is it free, Jim likes free you see.

its different costumes that you can change into via the lockers in the security room/sinks in the toilets/save areas.

don`t get too hung up on the "no multiple save" feature fellas, as once you get used to the game structure, it`ll make sense. tbh the first run you do should be messing around, trying out different weapons, levelling frank up & so on & so forth. once you`re comfortable with it all, start a proper run at the case files in a new game. worked for me.

on my 3rd run in 72 hours mode, and enjoying it SO SO much. gearing up for my first run at

overtime mode with tons of mini chainsaws & health, sorted

Born to be wild video, some rather excellent deaths I might add. Sorry if it's been posted.

Edit, there may be some spoilers. I don't know as I haven't got the game yet.
