    Still waiting on my Tronix copy...sigh :'(

    But....couldn't resist buying portal over steam. Have to turn down a lot of graphical effects...that's the reason I didn't go for the PC stuff...my PC is a bit meh

    360 all the way...

    MY GOD! Portal is absolutly stunning...STUNNING!!

    Feels like a proper "Game" totally surpassed my expectations. One of the finest games released this year...if not ever.

    And Yoshi...I think Portal is probably best enjoyed In one sitting...It's "Bitesized" but every second is wonderful...and its one of the few games with a great ending. rather than a bug filled piece of **** final level.

    Portal is so great....I've finished it twice in one day

      someone explain me please what's so amazing about Portal? have only played it briefly up to chamber 4 or 5 but i really didn't see anything that motivated me to play further. you shoot holes in the walls and solve switch puzzles. so what?

          Well, it had to happen, I've now finished Episode 2.

          I can't believe it

          One hell of an episode altogether. Can't say I was too impressed with the Strider-fest right at the end. The game did seem to lack the close knit forest skirmishes that the trailer promised, but then the trailer implied a lot of things that never really happened as you expected. Nice smoke and mirrors by Valve.

          But I loved the tie up with Ep2 and Portal. You just know Episode 3 is going to feature all sorts of portal shenanigans in the Arctic

          And amazing effects on the rocket launch. Loved the huge black pillar of smoke, so simple yet so effective how it started to spread out as time went on.

          Fair play to Valve I like how each Episode does intend to do something different, even if a lot of the mechanics are the same. In Ep 1 they gave you what you wanted in seeing the destroyed City 17. In Ep2 they've taken you outside the city limits to see what was happening elsewhere in the world. And with Ep 3 no doubt they're going to take you to see a larger part of the world and... Xen? Possibly?

          Makes sense with the whole Portal technology and Eli's comments about repeating what happened last time.

          And something tells me that Ep3 will only be the end of this story arc in the universe and Freeman's adventures. All this time and we're still none the wiser as to what's happening in the bigger picture and there's so many mysterious mysteries left unsolved.

          But still, that ending...

          Oh and no trailer for Ep3.

          Although I do kind of get why there isn't one I don't think I can wait to 2021 to see what happens next.

          Please Valve. Please hurry.

              Just finished Portal, and that was one of the best games I have played in years.
              Orange box GOTY for me and noting comes close yet, nothing I am looking forward looks to even come close the

              portal song piped it ! I expected a bigger crossover like coming out in the artic and seeing Mossman

                    Slow to start I felt but oh my god, how can something be so much fun? It's incredibly addictive, oh my!

                              nahhh thats the 360 version. Arrived this morning. Looks lovely and very smooth.

                              Game looks a lot sharper in Hi-def. My room was very dark and I never used flash. Should realy get a tripod.
