If you have two guitars for the PS3 version, do they need separate BT-dongles or is one enough?

unfortunatly you need separate dongles (but you should get them with each guitar you purchase).

my 2 replacement guitars finally arrived this week so we could finally play all the DLC id amassed over the last few months.

There were only three of us playing last night so the gf came up with the ace idea of strapping the mic to the dyson upright with the nozzle attached to the top of the handle (people with dysons will know what i mean) and it worked perfectly.

I managed to knock out a pretty bloody good black hole sun and learn to fly playing guitar and singing, if I do say so myself.

Id forgotten just how much fun the game is tbh.

Never thought I'd say this but the Fall Out Boy and Yeah Yeah Yeahs songs that went up for download this week are great fun to play, this weeks songs were certainly a big improvement over last weeks(Smashing Pumpkins aside). I'm looking forward to seeing next weeks DLC revealed later tonight.

Woooohooo!, I passed Blackened on expert drums today however I still for the life me cannot pass Don't Fear the Reaper Expert, and more cowbell does not help.

Got myself a throne off ebay for ?12 and the fella even dropped it round my house as he lives 2 miles away - bargain.



check out my asda mouse mats cut into circles and attached with double sided tape.

im desperate for a throne like that Gradius useing one of the dining table chairs for now useless it is realy.

What double sided tape did u use also mate and wher would you recomend i get some as my pads fall off every know and again.

i was using a dining table chair as well, it was a real pain in the arse - literally!

I can't help you with the tape as i liberated it from work. I layed 5 strips down the length of each foam pad and it hasn't lifted anyware so far.

My only problem now is that the drums move away from me during play. My temporary solution was to drop an old vcr behind the kit!

Maybe i'll just nail it permanantly in place!

Had a quick go on this at work today and I loved it. Tried lead guitar, drums and singing (that was embarrasing )

On the whole the guitar is a fantastic bit of kit, feels much nicer the the GH equivalent. It may have been a dodgy guitar (one of the guys brought his import version into work so we didn't have to open a stock one) but every now and again the strum bar didn't seem to register notes even though I definitely hit them bang on. Hopefully the UK guitars are a bit more reliable.

The drums are nice but I do think that those third party pad covers will do great business as the plasticy noise they make when you hit them gets annoying very quickly.

I really want to buy it but it really is a lot of cash - I might try and convince a couple of mates to go in with me and we can start our own virtual band! Sweet

Well done on Blackened mate - very impressive!

I can do the majority of songs on expert drums, but yeah, can't do Don't Fear The Reaper. It gets far too mental towards the end.

It's a small thing but I love the character customisation element in this. It's very refreshing to be able to style your rocker however you want after being limited to the stock characters in Guitar Hero.

Just wish my band mates wouldn't keep randomising tho

Yeah, the random bandmates thing is really irritating - no reason why you shouldn't be able to make your own. Although the band I have going with a mate of mine (The Brainpowered Zombie Cougars...a bit too much to drink that night I think) regularly has Jesus on bass.

They have altered design of guitar from leaf switches to magnets now so much better (on 3rd or 4th design).

Can anyone confirm if the PAL 360 version works with Guitar Hero 2 360 guitar?

Just want to make sure before I pick it up
