DId they change it so you can't put stickers or decorations in other people's pods? I've been trying to nail the x3 and x4 sections and every pod I've visited has been really bare - but I couldn't sticker anything! I can understand why as some people might put a lot of care into decorating and you can't save the profile, but it's disappointing. My pod still shows traces of when the NTSC mob invaded

I think I've got all the x3/x4 stages now - Dancer's Court, Frozen Tundra, The Bunker, Collectors Lair.. did I miss any?

Now I can relax for the 2P stages as my girlfriend can help any time - although me & doodledude had a crack at (and beat!) some really fiendish ones last night - don't think my gf would be up to the task in those cases lol

just published another level. its not quite finished, but dont know if i can be bothered to tart it up more....
because, when i went to play it, there were peices missing somehow, and the scoreboard at the end didnt have the screen bit, and just didnt work?!
i wouldnt mind somebody testing it and just seeing if it really doesnt work or not. although its not too special its a bit annoying to spend so long on something and not understand whats going on. its putting me off doing more.

Yeah I was on when you published it and something weird happened - it said you had published 'Unnamed Level', and when I went to your profile to check it out, it wasn't there :/

I saw another patch flash up when I scrolled over your avatar but it didn't stay there long enough to go to.

I guess you need to republish it??

You can only make the stickers, but you can apply them to your Sackboy, which can sometimes look ok.

Cheers. I've been making a few stickers with the Playstation Eye and it's pretty crap tbh, a lot of the colours look washed out. I'm hoping they'll eventually allow you to download templates that you can use in a paint program, put them on a USB stick and transfer across. It'd be far better if they did it that way.

That's me aced all the levels now, without a doubt the hardest one to do was the Bunker - oddly though it wasn't the really nasty part of that level that kept causing me problems, it would be stupid slip-ups at other places. I guess my concentration was better for the hard part, and elsewhere I had a tendency to be careless. Acing the last boss was also a bit frustrating, but it didn't take too many attempts thankfully!

Now I just need to play a ton of user levels and get 100% collected and I'll have my first ever platinum trophy, woohoo!

The Japanese store had been updated with a free Kabuki costume (no paid download this week, unless it's late) - seems likely the other regions will get different ones?

I clicked on quick play tonight and got put into a brilliant user level - it was called something like Anini's labyrinth... terrible to look at (nothing but dark matter platforms and empty space) but insanely brilliant in design - a total nightmare maze but in an enjoyable way. What's more it seemed to be never ending... the creator put in lots of end gates which are impossible to reach and just laugh at you, or disappear when you get close to them. The two people I was with disappeared with a network glitch so I ended up on my own - it's definitely one to attempt with several people as people can take different paths and it makes it much more forgiving if someone goes the wrong way. As I clicked quick play I didn't get the chance to heart it, but I'll go into my recent list next time I'm on.

Thanks for finding and posting those links Number45 - releasing sticker packs through a level is a very secretive way of doing it, I'd have missed that completely!

I also noticed something about the way they worded the LBC1 stuff, checked into it and it turns out it's only open to US residents - poooo, I've spent the last week making something for it lol. Oh well, it was looking like I wouldn't be finished in time so I can relax.. only thing is now I have a PS3 themed level I don't need! I'll look like a raving fanboy if I publish it

I'm not sure if they're official packs or whether they're just of high enough quality to be highlighted on the blog.

The GAF PSN store update thread says that the SCEJ contest winner will be up on the US store - is that the Kabuki one you mentioned earlier?
