First room I entered this morning, leader sent a message asking me to use campaign skin so I stuck with him as he pulled people together.

He seemed better connected than the guy who attemted last week. 2 of the people involved already had Transcendence and the person organising was only short BB.

Myself, not sure how many kills short but only 3 teams remain for Livery Liberation.

Wow, how good is the Harimau ship.

It's how I imagine it would feel to pilot a cloud powered by marshmallows. Just so effortless to fly. I can't believe I never tried it out properly before today.

No exageration, using it on Sebenco Climb made the course as effortless as Moa Therma. Wonderful little ship.

Harimau is the ship I got Wipeout Disciple with (first one I took to 100,000 loyalty points). The funny thing is that I have now earned Wipeout Disciple 6 times over! Feisar, Piranha, Qirex, AG systems, Triakis & Harimau all maxed out on loyalty. Wish I could trade some of those in for the final trophy...

Zone Zeus - I had to go a step further to remove all distractions, so resorted to turning FX & Speech volume down to 0% so all I had was the music and the visuals.

A few attempts like that and I got up to 74. Problem was I still knew I was doing well, and I looked, and I crashed. Wonder how many seconds were in it lol. Tried again right after and...

The last thing I saw as I was about to hurtle into the wall and explode at Mach 1, was the colours rolling to all black.



I instinctively hit pause and was staring at the screen with my mouth open lol... up comes a 'bling!'.. and Zone Zeus.. then comes another 'bling!' - TRAN-MOTHERF**KING-CENDANCE.

No better trophy to end it on... man!!! I need a drink

I can't get any online races. Room's always empty.

I'll get there eventually but it's frustrating to know my success is reliant on participation of others. That's why I was always less confident when you had Bling Brigade and A.G. Assassin done but still needed The Big Four. All that remained was purely down to what you could achieve which is always preferable when going for these things.

I'll dedicate my evening's playtime to it tonight and see how ago. Compare Trophies when you wake up and see if I get there lol

That's exactly why I got those ones out of the way back when I did, I was actually worried that nobody would play Wipeout in the future and it would become impossible to get them. I also hate relying on other people (but you probably remember that from the FFXI days!).

P.S. transcendence is a bit of an ugly blighter, for a game series that prides itself on design, the trophies are a bit of an eyesore!

No exaggeration, I must have eliminated close to, if not over 20 people this afternoon and still no A.G. Assassin. I must be nearing the last few kills needed but each time I hear the "contender eliminated" I glance to the top right of the screen and my heart sinks when it doesn't appear again

Only 1 livery remainig for Icarus though then Livery Liberation is sorted.

I was 3 kills short.

Can't believe I did almost half of the 50 today. Paniced when A.G Assassin popped up but no Transcendence. Then I realised I had one more Icaras skin to unlock. A quick Zone run sorted that.

Transcendence Reached!!

Whilst you did get there first, it does feel fitting we got it onthe same day (UK time natch).

Backed up tsave game profile for posterity sake and shocked to see the time played. 101h 25m 8s. Guess I got my ?11.99 worth.

It's been (mostly) fun Darwock but I have ataste for Platinum now and the last few Uncharted trophies are calling to me. No doubt we'll be back here again when the DLC hits and wegrind our teeth on the inevitable Arcade Perfect +1. >_<

I was wondering what could be next for Team Masochism.. my life feels empty without some kind of despair-inducing challenge in it. It's a pity Outrun 2 probably won't have a platinum

I hadn't played this since LBP came out, but have went back to it this last few days.
So happy this morning....finally got the Airbreaker Silver trophy. 51 zones My heartrate must have been over 200bpm at the end!!

What a thrill though and I'm quite chuffed with myself.

Now for that gold 75 zone trophy

I received a PSN message and a friend request from someone offering me cash to log in to his account and get the Arcade Perfect, Zone Zeus & Beat Zico for his profile, LMAO!

I'm just going to reply and say I would rather pluck out my own eyeballs with a spoon than go through that pain again.. unbelievable that some people would go this far!

That's crazy. I'm kinda resigned to not being able to achieve certain trophies, but hey ho. That's the way it goes.

Can't belive I just discovered the boost of the start line this morning I've only had the game for 5 months!

That'll help with those Elite gold's.
