I'm a bit late to this party, only started it last night. The visuals and the atmosphere are amazing but it's bloody annoying at times - I can't remember if it happened in CoD4 or not but I was getting pretty pissed off with my so-called "squad mates" frequently pushing me out of cover and into the line of fire.

There was also one bit early in the game with three tanks you have to destroy. In my enthusiasm I shot load too early (viagra.com) and had to find some more ammo... after half an hour of running around looking for rockets and/ or waiting for something to happen I realised that the situation was impossible and had to seek my own death.

CVG have reported that next month a first map pack is out with 3 new maps set in a burning berlin, bombed out train station and tropical village plus zombie level. And I was gonna take a break from this too!

Has anyone else experienced a problem with installing this to the hard drive? Just tried this afternoon and despite having 23GB of space left on my 120GB HDD, I keep getting an error telling me there's no room for it.

Clearly this is a problem with the game as my drive isn't full and I've managed to install 2 other games onto it since

started playing this a few days ago and now i've managed to complete it

The Nazi zombie game is class

but the game itself isnt great, the russian levels are good but the Japanese levels are awful however i did get some glee when burning out a foxhole or bunker with my flamethrower

taking the rheinstadt(?) was just a brilliant level

i didnt like the tank level, but the bomber level was fantastic

Graphics are great but on my tv (Regza) it does seem awfully dark in some places and its pretty difficult to see where you are going

They have took a few steps backwards imo with this game, COD4 was just class and its a shame this doesnt at least equal it

I finished it on Normal, but i wont play it through again as it was annoying me in places and it just doesnt have enough there for me to want to play it again

i will try Nazi Zombies again though

Buster get the new map pack even just for the new zombie map its awesome and really hard and challenging needing 4 players with mics and teamwork to get far

and you could never do the new map yourself and i dont think theres 4 player split screen which is how many people you need to get far

I've never really enjoyed online gaming when i tried it moons ago on the PC

So gaming for me hasnt changed and i still enjoy it

When you're selecting which type of match you want to play, there's a section (last option IIRC) called Map Pack or something similar which is just the new maps if you want to try them out.

I have not been that impressed with the new maps. They haven't clicked with me yet. Also, I don't like the way you have to access them on their own. I am sure on COD2 they integrated them with the normal maps.

Rented this game and single player wise, and i'm finding it not very enjoyable. It's got all the clichés of war games which I don't enjoy. But i'll stick with it until the end and hope that it'll gain in quality.

But obviously it's not a peep on CoD4. That game made the typical war game fun largely because of the mordernised themed to it all.

The flamethrower isn't satisfying and things don't seem to catch on fire as much as I'd hoped.

Will check out zombie mode soon which seems to be the games saving grace.

I enjoyed the single player, much better being played on a higher setting though, on normal a level can take a hour, were as on vetran it can take 3.

Im not into the whole zombie thing, its alright and abit of a laugh with mates but meh, the new one they just added with the map pack is much more fun that the one u get with the game.

Its all about the mulitplayer thou for me, i have been hammering this so bad its just awsome love it. About to hit my 3rd Prestige out of 10!!!
