Right, echoing everyones views so far and I am waiting anxiously for it all to really kick off... nicely introduced and some nice little tutorials bits but I will take some full on city roaming action now please

I can def see how once you master the controls you make yourself a true Biblical ninja high profile wrist blade into 1 guard, throwing knife into second then engage the 3rd in combat before leading the rest on a merry chase through the city, amazing stuff. I am just having fun walking about the first wee village twatting guards so they chase me cant wait till i start a riot in the big cities and have entire platoons after me

Not came across anything so far that detracts from the experience and TBh I am loving all the little aspects of it from pickpocketing (getting it just right and disguised as a bump) to the little intracies of the free running (Like how a well timed A button press gets keeps you flowing)... great stuff so far and I can see myself having a great time with this.

Tell me this, and tell me no more, is the control of the horse just like Collossous? Please be!

I thought the horse control on SotC was dismal. It's much more manageable in this.

How does the Horse riding work?

Never mind Crackdown, this game reminds me of Sneak King - diving into the hay!

Sorry to double post - but is there no way to save your game manually? The auto saves very rarely seem to kick in and I'm having to redo a hell of a lot more game than I'd like to everytime I load up!

Got this game today and loving it, I think I'm on the 3rd memory block now.
I love just running around away from the guards you can escape almost anywhere XD

Any tips for Combat? I don't seem to be very good at it, although sometimes I can take on a few of them, sometimes I cant.

I know I can hold down X for a stronger attack etc but any other tips?

Really enjoying it so far (up to the third chapter iirc). The controls are ace and are the perfect balance to make the game awesome yet easy to learn.

Lots of games have been about stealth and sneaking but nothing has done it better than this game. There's just such a thrill from sneaking behind someone, bumping into them right before a kill...then blending into the crowd before sneaking away (or running over the rooftops like an acrobat )

It saves every time you pick up a flag, do a side quest or any kind of mission

Computer and Video Games had a side-by-side comparison video up. Isn't massively conclusive, their argument is that the PS3 version is a little sharper, but that the 360 verson has a slight frames per second edge, so pays your money to takes your choice on this one, I fear. I reckon I might plump for PS3, for balance's sake...

You mount the horse you can go slowly, you can go stealthy and go slow, you can go normal speed , you can hold the R trigger to make it run or you can hold the A and R and go at 200 MPH. It nice and easy to ride and controls just as well as the rest of the game.

Isn't it "sharper" because it doesn't have as much Anti Aliasing?

I'm not liking this one bit,it feels crap and devoid of fun and the great things I expected from it,massive let down on AA too!
Galaxy owns this & has better use of physics 2 if u ask me and after SMG's camera, other devs really need better cameras,i think the camera in this is poor.
