The wind has a lot of potential, it even affects other players jumps. I tried Rachel but I think you have to be pretty good to get the best outof her as she hits for weak damage.
P.S. Story mode might be refreshing now but you'll change your tune once you try to get 100% clear on any of them. You will have to lose every match in every path, it's incredibly mundane to go through. When I get to a new stage I always just go and make a cup of tea while I let myself get killed for the %, then reload and play it again for the win.
Actually a question about that for the US version owners - 100%ing a character unlocks a secret audio track (basically a commentary from the voice actor for that character). On the Japanese version with the PS3 set to English, this commentary is by the Japanese VA, and there are no subtitles. What do you get on the US version? Presumably this is the first (only?) difference between the two versions.
My D-Card now lists Taokaka as my main, however I'm considering a switch to Tager after some great successes (and many more defeats of course) with him yesterday. Once you realise some of his moves get him past projectiles/gun blasts safely the ranged characters lose their advantage.. not to mention I love his magnetic draw in... THE POWER OF MAGNETISMMMM!
