I have a new Online compatible track shared on my main account. You may want to give it a try. Quite an interesting track as there is plenty of elevation change. It is 4.74 miles so reasonably substantial.

My car send (up until midnight) was a Chevelle in the same colour as the one in the Eu OCD. Shadow Grey metallic (I think). I did at least get a White Corvette C1 out before the update. I should have stayed awake to get some more cars sent out before the update, but PSN kept coming and going!

I will try to get a selection of 24 cars between those four accounts if anyone is interested in adding me!

looks like PD removed the 1 million restriction already.
i managed to send a citroen concept (2mill) from my alt to the main ok.

the one car per day thing doesnt bother me now we can share. but 1million is a little low. i was quite enjoying racking up the money doing seasonals on two accounts.

Joe_Musashi, Sorry about the GT One. I'll try to get it back if I can find a slot for it. I need the Charger there unfortuately as someone requested a Muscle Car. I post here when I have a solution to the problem!

Someone apparently sent a Muira to another account of the same console. If this is the case I can live with one send of any value a day. It will take longer but I can eventually get all the expensive cars on one account.

JU! I tried your Fairlady in the FR seasonals (they are repeatable). I put a 75% Power Limit on it (down to 396HP for 300HP race). I struggled a bit with it (and spun once) but won reasonably comfortably. I tried my Fairlady (identical car, no upgrades but Racing Softs) and felt more comfortable in it and was able to lap 3 seconds faster. Not sure how it would do in the Bonus Event with stock power, but I intend to try.

When I upgrade a more powerful car I pretty much fit Racing Hards or Softs as my first upgrade depending on power and drive format.

Ye sometimes too much power is not good as my Fair lady Z prob was, mine needs softs too I think. Yr Impreza really was amazin to drive! It's soooooo fast totally unreal. Enjoyed borrowing yr Civic Type R so much I bought my own white one . Also thanks to yr awesome cars n cash frm seasonals I could buy a NASCAR n Spice colour TVR Bog standard 458 Italia. Had some great fun. Found a Countache 88 in OUCD as well n painted it white with a spoiler n maxed it out looks wicked. Online peeps kept usin Race Mod Corvettes tho so I came 7th of 8 in my Countache but was fun. Thanks again for the great borrowing of cars. Nice to use them and get cash too, will look at the track soon.

JU!, I tried my stock Fairlady 300ZX with Racing Softs in that Bonus Z Race as an experiment. 282HP seemed like a recipe for being left in the dust by the "400HP" cars in the race. It didn't quite pan out like that! I was a good 12 seconds in the lead at the end of the race!

On another interesting note, I used my send quota for the day with an experiment. I sent an F2007 from one of my accounts to another one!

JU! if you want to try a stock 300ZX with Racing Softs, you will find it on RogsR34UK1. Great for the FR Seasonals which are repeatable.

J0e Musashi, the GT One is difficult to achieve at the moment. I can offer an alterantive though. On RogsR34UK2 I now have a Nissan R89C (with Racing Softs and the Stage 2 and 3 Turbos) so you can adjust that if need be. That account also has a tuned NASCAR that someone set up for me, Ferrari F1, Red Bull, Citroen C4 WRC (with upgrade, plus Dirt and Snow tyres) and an FGT to borrow, plus the R89C.

Bassman, where did your Impreza come from anyway? I went to buy one for my secondary account to use as you are not on the friend list there, but I couldnt find the same model anywhere. Was it a racing modifications job?

Darwock if you want to send a Friend Request to use the Impreza on RogsR34UK, I still have a few free Friend slots available there.

The Impreza is the '05 Premium with a Race Mod, fully upgraded but with the Power Limiter set for around 450 HP. I still prefer it with the Limiter set to 75% (397 HP - which can be done on a borrowed car) as that was the setup I used to achieve my sub 7 minute lap at the 'Ring in it.

There may be a silver lining to the V1.07 restrictions. I can get all the LM cars on other accounts and put oil in them and upgrades and use them on my main account without putting any miles on them which means they will always be in top condition, without having to spend a fortune on upgrades or overhauls. In a way PD have now saved us a fortune in one respect.

Took a while on an account that had 29 cars, but I managed to obtain one of the new Gold Chrome Paint Chips. I presume that will be as diffivult to find a car for as the Silver Chrome. Pity we can only send 5 items per PS3 now! The Gift ceiling is removed until March 3rd... how generous!

Found the easiest way to get a Gold Chrome Paint Chip. Before you do anything make sure you have a backup of your save. You get the chance to obtain one for every 30 cars you get in your garage. Easiest is buy cars until you get the message to say you got a Horn and Paint Chip. Don't press OK. Quit from the game and reload immediately. You should be greeted by a Horn and Chip message when you get into GT Life. This will be different to the last two you received. Quit and repeat until you get a Gold Chrome Chip. It could take a while!

OK, you have possibly six cars that are Shared for Online. You find you need to use one of them, but don't want to remove it from your Shared selection. There is of course no option to Borrow it yourself. I found something interesting after last nights online racing session where I used one of my Shared for Online cars.

I just checked and my RM'ed Impreza is Shared for Online in my Profile. I went into Community and into my Lounge. Selected the Impreza, Left the room and the Impreza is my current car. A little time consuming but at least you can leave the car shared for others to use, while using it yourself.

Ye that is a bit annoying. I like the way online shared cars can be used when you are in online races now. But you can't use them on A-SPEC or Arcade mode from favourites. I wish they would let you display the cars online for peeps then also use them in yr favourites, I hope for a patch in the future.

currently racing against a couple of JP's guys and joe's Mong.

so if anybody wants some free money stick a few drivers of varying ability up and i'll use them

With my little "trick" with the Impreza I was able to use it as my car for some seasonals while it was shared for Online. I presume it is OK for A spec and B spec as well. Not the simplest way to use it, but at least it works!

Fuddle, I think my lowest level driver is 27 if that is any good to you. I'll share him the next time I am in the game.

With this limit on sending I think they ought to raise the games credit limit above 20 million so that I can keep racing regardless of whether there are cars I want to buy or not. Mind you, that is somewhat dependent on whether there are any new Bonus Races this week for some quick money.

I think I have misunderstood this feature - it's really not very clear. Can you explain it?

I used to have Jason Donovan shared but took him down for use. Will put a couple of others up later.
