I borrowed a couple of cars from you guys this morning.

Firstly Bassman's XJ13 to try the historic cup - I tried this first in B-spec and it got completely hammered by the Chaparral and Toyota race cars. The tyre restriction for B-spec was racing mediums, and Bassman's car only had hards or softs, so that may not have helped. I had to win with it though for the dream race trophy, so I took it into A-spec on racing softs and had a crack round Monaco. Took three attempts, the first two I had to drive like a criminal to keep the faster cars behind me, but on both they broke free on the penultimate or final lap and I couldn't catch them again. On the third attempt there was another XJ13 in second position and he held it for the whole race, which presumably kept the Toyota/Chaparral tied up and left me free to take the win and the trophy. Was exciting stuff though.

Then I switched to Fuddle's Toyota 7 race car to do the remaining A-spec and both B-spec races - I presume you've modded it a fair bit mate as it completely blitzed the opposition, I was lapping them!

I presume you adjusted the Power Limiter on that XJ13?

I ran some Remotes Races for someone from RLLMUK at the weekend and have been running some since. They appear to have been online pretty much since Sunday running races with my drivers. On my UK3 account I have about 2.5 million credits and whatever experience to collect. That should get the account to about Lv 33 B spec. I dread to think how much I have to collect on my main account!

Have been driving PD's biggest error in the game... the Volvo 240 GLT Estate '88. For some obscure reason they made it weigh in at 1890 Kg. The only way to get it to its correct weight (or thereabouts) is to do all the weight reductions and the lightened windows which reduces the weight to 1426 Kg. Did the Engine and Chassis overhaul. Power is an accurate 133 HP and it actually drives pretty well on Sports Softs. Not spectacularly fast (top speed of about 118 mph) but good handling.

If anyone is still playing this, there are some new Seasonal Races available. This time we have a set of Lamborghini Races available with a 600 PP maximum. Payout is better than some at over 100K for each race. If anyone needs to borrow a car for them, I have a 600 PP Murcielago on RogsR34UK1. Brakes however are currently set to 5/5.

I did the last of those Lambo races, was fine for the first 3 laps but then the sun goes down ><

It was a repeat of the grand tour event, driving blind. The money is good but the xp is not, and that's what I'm after mostly.

Finally cleared all the Remote Racing on my main account. Collected about 5.8 million credits. The experience points got me over a million points into Lv 38 on B spec.

I now have a Liveried X2010 on my American account and a fair number of Remote Racing Results on RogsR34UK3 to get me to Lv 33 if not Lv 34 B spec.

Has anyone got a car they can lend me for the Historic Race on Expert?, it needs to be 1979 or earlier. Also, can anyone lend me a Formula Gran Turismo as I want to try and complete all the events. I just bought a Mazda 787B so i'm kind of skint. I'm not really interested in the B spec stuff, just want to complete all the A spec - the endurance as I'm not hardcore enough for that :P My PSN is: teamdoa. I have shared a few cars, but i'm sure you have most of em.

I have three Historics on RogsR34UK (I used the Ferrari on A spec and for Monaco the Chaparral on B spec). FGT is on RogsR34UK2 (along with an LM Nissan, liveried X2010 and a NASCAR Camry). Some other cars on RogsR34UK1, RogsR34US, RogsR34JP and RogsR34UK3.

I've started on the extreme series, this is the first time I've been able to submit more than one driver to a B spec event.

I don't see what I'm supposed to do to change drivers mid race though. I was doing the European championship with two drivers entered. Around lap 15 my guy was completely out of strength and mental strength, so I told him to come into the pits. When he did, I had options to change tyres and refuel but there was no change driver option. He went back out in the same condition. The other drivers in the race were changing, I noticed the names were different from the beginning.

How do you do it?

Yeah cheers for the shares. I'm having trouble with the Formula one, I can usually get 1st on the individuals but doing the champs, I didnt realize they were 20 laps each.....one mistake and i'm usually back down to last lol, and it always happens on the last lap :P

Darwock, not sure about multiple drivers as I only ever use one (even on the Endurances I've done). That way the driver gets all the experience. On Endurances I think the swap over is automatic.

Sumire, I am Lv 35 A spec and have still not attempted the FGT races (the length of the race and the fact you can't save between them is enough to put me off). That plus having problems with handling the FGT. I even only did three of the Ferrari F1 Seasonals (on the fourth I spun out at the end of the 9th lap of 10 and gave up!).
