not finding this half hearted at all, its a lovely perfectly formed compact game with tons of replay value.

I think your perspective on this depends on whether you are happy to whizz thru single player 1 starring everything and regard it as done, or whether you find the free flight modes and completing everything compelling.

I'm not usually a completist type but htis has its hooks in and is a perfect launch game to me, as a verteran of the previous 2 pilotwings games I'm more than happy with this addition to the series.

I've got all the locations and have one balloon left to find, I have no idea where it could be. Had a quick check in the activity log and I've put 8 hours into this and still not really touched the mission mode.

I'm in the really enjoying this camp but, at the back of my mind I'm thinking it dose seem a bit rushed. Only one sky diving level? and when it gives you levels like the last gliding level it just leaves you wanting more. Something as silly as saying there will be free mission packs at a later date would rectify this miserly approach to challenge levels, there is so much more you could do with the island. i would of loved another island to explore too as i explored this on wii sports resort.

I have two gold rings left to find and three balloons. I can't get the hang glider down the top of that volcano so some might be in there. But, that aside, I can't for the life of me figure out where those gold rings might be. Any devious places I wouldn't have checked?

Where is the skydive level? I unlocked Platinum last night thinking it was there and it's not. Only new thing is the super rocket belt.

As far as accuracy goes, where is the sweet spot to land the plane in the water? I keep getting a couple of points short of perfect no matter where I land

worked out the answer to my own question... there's a glowing line down the middle you have to stick to, not sure how I missed it.

Now perhaps someone can help me work out how to get a better score in the photo taking. I always loose points for size, but I don't know if it's too small or too big. I seem to loose either way...

The sky diving is on the gold section I think.

The game deffinitley isnt half hearted, I dont think its lacking in content either, Ive played it for over 10 hours, which is more than I play most things for before completing them.

I've three starred all the golds and haven't found any ski diving. And looked at all the platinum and they are all normal vehicles!? What am I missing.

I still think it's very half hearted. 6 hours I've played and I've three starred everything but the platinums and found almost everything in free flight mode. Not that I don't wanna go back and keep playing but there's not an awful lot to make you want to go back.

To be fair that's ridiculous they've put that in for one 30 second shot in the game and no more. Really missed a trick there. You can't actually understand why they would go to the effort of make all the sky diving physics, code, models etc and then use it once. What a waste of development time.

I think the sky diving bit is actualy just a reskinned jetpack that has no fuel. I doubt it took them very long to put it into the game.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get the glider down the volcano and, if so, is there a ring down there? I can get in from the bottom and partly in the top and it doesn't seem like there is.

Edit: oh, got the last ring. It was a bugger to find. Only one balloon left to find. To make it worse, I'm not 100% sure which vehicle it's for. I think the plane.

Press x on the vehicle select screen to find out which vehicle the balloon is for.

Thanks! It was the plane and, as soon as I found that out, I started a daytime go, turned and the balloon was right in front of me. No idea how I missed it. That's all the free play stuff found now.

I seem to remember it was over a minute! Anyway, as i said besfore, what more could they have done with the squirrel suit? you go through some hoops, and down the side of the mountain, that's the only things they could have done, on Wuhu Island at least, there's nothing else they could have done that would have been worthwhile really, short of having a practice mode where you could just do what you want without getting a rubbish score for your trouble.

Also, we all knew it only had Wuhu Island before we bought it, it would have been nice if it had more area's and more missions etc, but I'd agree with the people who said it's small, but perfectly formed, with no excess flab.
