Well heres my impressions. The game is good, and im pleased i've brought it, although im not sure it would still be that good if I didn't have nostalgia on my side.
Hardly the killer-app the 3DS needed but it's selling well enough it seems and is better then everything else thats out for it(though thats not exactly hard). A solid 6/10 from me.

So now the CD is out of stock, WTF it only had 1000-2000 copies of it in the UK, and the US is kicking up a stink, i was working all weekend so didn't get a chance to register, So kinda ( linking ) this with Link's awakening thread bit, where's Nintendo's love for fans now , they must have knew this would leave lots of fans disappointed. Get to the printing press Nintendo you tight ********.

Personally i think hes wrong, as Ive said Ocarina plays like a modern game, you dont need nostalgia to enjoy it, In fact half the people on here have admiteded they cant even remember the game that well anyway.
Plus the whole Nostalgia thing never works, most things are nowhere near as good as you remember them being and it usualy ends in disapointment.
If anything Ocarina of Time is alot better than I remember it being really (and this is from someone whos actualy played it 2 or 3 times before, not just once), its possibley thanks to the amount of polish Nintendo has used in transfering it to the 3DS.
I'm in the Forest Temple at the moment, and it just keeps getting better. There are very few games that will ever be this impressive 13 years after release. Its better than any other game I have played this year.Last edited by rmoxon; 20-06-2011, 11:50.

STILL no ****ing copy from game. Honestly, first thing I do when I get in tonight is to phone those lying bastards for a refund. My email told me to wait 15 days before opening a lost post dispute, but I bet they just ran out of stock as with the bonus items.
Any other buyers from game still with outstanding copies?

I really dont think this game has aged a day though, the series hasnt improved since this game IMO, what little tweaks there has been made to the newer games (abigsmurf mentioned a few) are overshadowed by the fact that this game has some of the best dungeons ever in a Zelda game, one of the better stories, it doesnt fearture any silly sections where you turn into a wolf or monotanous bits where you ride a boat in a stright line for 2 hours.
Its almost perfection to this day.
