I won Meowton's inaugural Bug Hunt yesterday with a staggering Birdwing Butterfly. Netted me 100 points, juat beat 2nd place who achieved 96 points.

This really is a sublime title. Just so relaxing to sit there and potter about doing nothing of much importance.

Hey i'll take that 100 points and take it higher, i caught a Agrias Butterfly worth 121 points last night, was nearly 6ish too lucky cause i was in 2nd place for ages, and didn't even have above 80 points for the prize. Of course Nat was salvating at the mouth, ( or was it the sun).

Anyone have a town shop selling a fishing rod? I rather stupidly asked Isabelle for help with catching bugs and she offered to sell me a net which I already had from the bug catching contest, of which I royally trounced the competition. Was a bit annoyed when he slagged off my bird wing butterfly but I was in first place pretty much all day with the only score I was beating was my own.

Stupid Nook shop has sold nets and watering cans for two consecutive days now called over at Doggton but he didn't have any either (did help myself to his peaches though tee hee)

All I have in my shop right now is a shovel. Had a net and shovel for two days in a row but got the rod today, which was nice. Isabelle gave me a watering can.
