I think you have to assume going into anything on this game that you NOT going to get rewards and showered with love. At least i do, that way im not disappointed.

I got plenty of strange coins last night, thats cool, it gives me a change to buy something nice IF zur sells it. I also got ldr 500 void sniper which now gives me a decent arc, solar and void sniper.

The one gun i really crave is Fatebringer though, what a weapon, plus i love hand cannons.

Yeah I know, but after months of play the RNG is really trying my patience, add in the fact that to get to LVL 32 I need radiant shards for my armour yet the last four drops have been energy I have no weapons to use it on and about 30 radiant energy's, the new raid gives balanced drops lol yeah right.

Yep the radiant thing is a massive issue for me too. I've only obtained 5 so far from the couple of crota runs I've done, not enough for even 1 node on my black hammer.


Question to you guys on all formats. If they reset all the exotics again for house of wolves (and indeed each expansion thereafter) will you carry on playing?

once I hit 32 i will probably take it a bit easier its not the most rewarding of games and the constant battel to get a raid party together is doing my head in. Take last night, I have a friends list full of players but once we had run though the nightfall and weekly on all our characters, we couldn't get a raid party together because not everyone had the dlc, its only going to get worse as we move on to house of wolves and there are even less people playing.

So because of the way bungie has set up the raid I either have to hope the stars align just right so that 5 of my firend's who have the dlc are looking for a 6th, or go onto to lfg and raid with random's. I almost got the lamps done on my own and its still possible to solo the bridge so if i cant get anyone this eve i will more than likely just do the first two bits on my own as my current crota kills stand at 3 cheeses and 1 legit.

Can you add me? I am not reliable as to when I'm on annoyingly but would like to at least try a raid once! Lvl 29 Hunter.

Not run the new crota raid much but from the few times I have Radiant Energy seems to be more common than shards, have to level up Eris to level 4 Lebowski that way you can get hear to convert them.

Iron Banner has a level 32 glove up for grabs this week might grab one myself, just hope I don't get stuck on **** teams again. It also only need ascendent shards to power up so its a good way to save radiant shards.

Vex Mythoclast doesn't count as its drop is different to other exotics, still waiting on HawkMoon, Thunderlord and the G-horn. All of which drop for someone else in my Raid/Nightfall team last week!!!!!

Managed to slow the Crota Raid up to the shrieker section, after that gave it a break, bridge requires some exact time to solo now but it can be done.

have you been running the weeklys and nightfalls i don't mind helping you through them if you havent as you have a chance of an exotic at the end of them. this weeks is super easy too if you have a good arc wepon, saving up coins from weekly heroics is also a good way to get an exotic as xur has one exotic weapon for sale each weekend.

I find them quite tough solo sometimes with no matchmaking, would be good to go through some thanks, I need to pay more attention to the weapon effect variants I think.

I'm personally looking forward to house of wolves, much prefer the fallen as an enemy than hive.

Also think I'll be stocking up on cruicible and vanguard points to by weapons etc as I can see the level cap being raised again.

Anyone one got the unknown patron bounty yet or done the Trials of Osiris? As looks like it won't be available till the House of Wolves DLC now. So much misinformation about it on the net.

They will probably pre empt stocking up by introducing wolf marks or something. Come march I'm fully expecting, vanguard commendations, radiant, and ascendant materials and god knows what else to be mostly redundant. also remember you will hit a limit with vanguard points when it doesn't let you get any-more than 250 as this is the current cap.

I shard all dupes. I just switch weapons and hope Bungie does something about changing builds, like preset builds selectable from orbit.

You got all that from one run? errr how?

Year i expect a fair amount of materials to become useless. Though I expect the current system of marks to remain in place, the max levels of the weapons will be raised accordingly I recon like they did for crota.
