My major problem with the game was no high score table.
I purchased the game to play with my partner as a scoring challenge type game.
I think a score table with depth, time and score would've made it much more fun to play with a friend/partner.
It has Fantastic music and presentation and is a good game but in the end it was sold to ac_saunders. Looks like it has a good home.

you could run it with two memory cards and compare scores...

Well if you want to compare high scores break out the classic Mr. Driller. Drill Land is more or less Mr. Driller and his posse' on an adventure of sorts at this theme park, which is secretly being run by an evil guy in disquise.

I think the next Drill game, if they ever make it, will probably be a return to Mr. Driller roots, or maybe take everything done here up a notch.

The driller world tour music (at least the first two tracks) is some of the finest video game music I've ever heard. The others aren't too shabby either - nice use of violins. Fun, yet hard as nails gameplay, with excellent replay value.

I'm a big fan of that Haunted Drill House music all melancholy and such. I was playing the old Mr. Driller on PSone for comparison and though its still fun, it just seems like Drill Land takes it to 11.

The Level 2 challenges are brutal but when you finally clear one you feel like a driller god. So far I think I've only cleared Level 2 Star Driller and and Level 2 Haunted Drill House. That Level one Drill world tour music with the Japanese choir sticks in your head. Curiously it is different for level 2.

I just found this surreal sublime driller moment enjoy:

I'm annoyed with myself that I still haven't got round to buying this.

                Goblin, get more stock in!!11

Check PlayAsia...I believe they have plenty. Though Goblin gives you the hookup, still it will be worth your wait.

                    Got it this morning =]

So far Drindy Adventures and World Tour are my faves, especially the music. This game has some of the most catchy tunes I've ever heard.

I've cleared level 1 World Tour and Haunted Mansion so far...

Has anyone tried multiplayer? The battle mode looks quite fun.

yeah, the race is pretty good multi.

the coin search game is too random, and over too fast.

I did that a few months ago but haven't touched it since because I don't know what the conditions are to get medals on the Special levels. I also don't know how to get a perfect medal on Horror Night House, coz I've done it without being touched on Level 1 and still didn't get the special stamp (with the outline, as seen on all my other level 1 stamps there).
If anyone knows, drop a response in here. Cheers.

Strange. I'm not sure what I did differently, but I got the special stamp for Level 1 Horror Night House yesterday, and got it the first time I completed the level without taking damage. Perhaps factors such as how many potions you use to get the ghosts/whether you pick up hearts (whether you need them or not)/overall time taken and total level score come into account?

Any ETA for the review? It'd be good to get more cube owners onboard (someone'll have to work out how to do those damn Special Levels)!

I have this and use the Freeloader to play it on my USA-only Cube. When I try to save to a memory card, the game freezes, I'm guessing since the card isn't formatted properly. I'll try formatting it on my friend's Japanese Cube and see if that works.

It's a very, very fun game

FreeLoader uses a weird hybrid bugger-up of memory card formatting. If you're going to use a FL, get a seperate memory card for it.

From what I've heard, Freeloader just doesn't save properly with Drill Land, no matter what you do.
