There is no way on God's green Earth I am touching anything even close to a demo of this before my limited edition pops through the letterbox.

I caved but OH GOOD GOD It's incredible, the music, the voice acting, animation (bar some tearing, not good) and the scale, Just gives you enough to leave you wanting more

There are 3 scenes in total to play and a trailer (probably wont watch trailer as people are saying it's a bit spoilerific)

1st scene is Tutorial.
2nd Scene is Sleazy Place.
3rd Scene is Crime Scene.

2nd and 3rd scene just give you a good enough glimpse of the game to not spoil much at all, the scenes will definitely play better when you are going through and are into the game.
Still day one, feel bad I caved but it hasnt spoiled much at all, with the little I already know.

Damn, at work I was almost through Precinct 52's doors. But I had to stop. Now its totally overloaded :/

I managed to download the demo, sizing up at about 1.7GB and came away very impressed by the potential the whole package has. You only play three scenes, one of which is a nifty tutorial screen of Scott Shelby making his way to the next scene which is set in a nearby apartments.

I won't give away any story I could make out, but the scene with Shelby is definitely the most impressive out of the two real scenarios. I played it numerous times making deliberate choice differences to see how the story could run but unfortunately it being only a demo you don't get to see the consequences to your actions.

The other scene you play as another detective with some funky inspector gagdet specs, but his name escapes me. He's not as likable as Shelby but the area definitely provided me with some interesting QTEs which involved some manic and near impossible button presses.

Graphically, it's number one. I keep saying this about games which I've played these last twelve months but every time i'm just stunned at how good it looks. The voice acting is perfect for me also, you never question it and it never pulls you out of the experience.

So, if you can't download it, don't feel too bad. You don't get to see what happens next which is obviously the attraction to games like these, but it's definitely worth checking out for the presentation alone.

Seriously don't feel bad about it. It gives you just enough to not spoil anything at all, people have said though the trailer does give away a few things dialogue wise, so I have not watched that.
Only 3 Weeks to go!
