Im a bit of a sheep?

Seriously though I loved my X-Box to bits and there was no way on earth I was gonna miss out on the delights of PGR3 and GRAW. The simple online play was another attraction as well.

Not got one yet, but considering the responses to the Dead Rising demo, it's only a matter of time before I import a Jap XBox 360. Then buy a copy of Dead Rising and a copy of Ridge Racer 6 as that looks fantastic and I've been replaying the PSP version a lot latelty, I still enjoy the visuals in that game.

I got it because it's the next generation. I'm a gamer, I enjoy games and RR6 and Oblivion have been my 360 games thus far, but I know that I'll have to get a 360 eventually, so launch seems like as good a time as any.

I'd be pretty gutted if I bought a console on launch and barely anything came out for it that I wanted. Might as well have waited till it was cheaper.

To be honest, it was fun getting the console on launch, even if the launch titles weren't stunning.... there's some appeal in exploring new territory there y'know.

But surely a hard fall follows when the novelty of that wears off?

                Certainly did with the PSP.

But in all honesty, I've never regretted buying a 360 at launch. I've totally loved my 360, mainly for the marketplace content admittedly. There has been no point where I wondered if I should have waited.

Not at all, how much will the 360 price cut be? 50 quid? Have I had 50 quids worth of joy out of my 360 so far? Easily, waiting for a small price cut seems pointless to me.

...because it was cheap. I was on holiday at the time and I did say (to myself) that if I was ever going to get one it would be a Japanese model.

Indifferent to it at the mo, but there's plenty of stuff coming up soon that I'm interested in.

If I didn't have my 360 , I don't know what I would be playing, all the big releases have dried up on the other consoles.

My girlfriend wanted to play Uno, and despite there being a gorgeous Mario Uno set available on those cards things that everyone raves about, playing online seemed like a better option as you don't have to teach stacks of people the rules and etc etc etc.

Lovely console so far. Not perfect but lovely.

Got a 360 for easy online gaming, coupled with next-gen "buzz factor". Also, the ability to play all my old xbox1 games online (my xbox1 has an early non-switchable mod installed).

                          Two outta three ain't bad.

Have to say, I'm loving the 360. Fave console ever.

I wudnt go as far as to say its my fave console just yet, but as long as games like Dead Rising and the other games Im really looking forward to come out good, and XBLA releases continue to pick up momentum (and quality) I have to say it definately will be my fave console ever by this time next year. Well, unless the Wii has anything to say about it :P

The next-gen buzz factor, and that the launch line-up turned out better than I expected. That's why I caved and bought one originally.

Ended up leaving it until when they were extremely hard to get hold of without using private trading though.

There's a few games I've missed (either I didn't have the interest in them at the time or didn't want to risk spending money I'd later waste being offline) which have interested me on playing their demos back on Live (Prey, Table Tennis, Hitman: Blood Money and GRAW).

I can see myself picking them up now so I'd have to say, although it wasn't the original reason, the online aspects are what's made the purchase worthwhile. Though that isn't for the main reason many ordinarily think of.

The demos/trailers/live arcade/online spectating/downloadable content (in games like Oblivion for example) as opposed to the competition modes are what really interest me about the online implementation MS have got in place an the future potential for it. The fact that the service has been extremely smooth and the blades system superbly thought out and presented is the icing on the cake.

I'm not a multiplayer gamer at heart but Live gives the 360 something extra in numerous areas.

Live is my favourite part of the 360, and I've not played online since launch. Says something.

Live has moved on from being only about online gaming, to basically being the entire point of the console, offering something for everyone. It's what Sony are trying to catch up with with PlayStation.HUB.
