From vg+ roughly how long does it take to receive it after the machine has shipped ?

UPS sending me a credit note. The charge was an estimate for Customs! Mother! F.......well you know what I'm saying Total charge should have been ?83. Oh thank baby Jesus and the orphans! Phew.

Well let's see on my shipment... total cost including shipping was $514, which is about ?263 at the current exchange rate. My charges were a total of ?60 which broke down into ?46.50 VAT and ?13.50 Parcelfarce rip off handling fee.

This is pretty much correct on VAT rate of 17.5% rate here.

REMEMBER... VAT is charged on the total cost of the items PLUS shipping.

If the total was actually ?407, then I'd expect your charges to total ?71 (VAT) + ?13 (handling fee) = ?84. If you weren't adding on shipping, well it'll be more. But based on that, you'd need the shipping to be as much as the package cost to bring up the total to what you paid! I'd say they forgot to translate $ in ? when charging you mate!

Nice one Steve. Mine's from Play Asia shipped a day after yours so i'm hopeful for tomorrow. Out of interest, could you post up the reacking info you received so i've got an idea how long mine's will take?

Just spoke to ParcelForce (still waiting for a parcel shipped on the 21st), and apparently there's a backlog of International parcels at the moment which is causing delays.

And I paid extra for this Wii after cancelling with DVDBO, which more than likely would have been dispatched by now. Importing, what fun eh?

Tempted to put it on Ebay straight away and just stick with PAL from now on.

Hmm my Wii order is expected to ship on the 2nd of Dec and not tomorrow, shame really. do they just estimate and could well end up being out of their place on the 1st?

I recieved my 400 refund and spent it with yes asia. Thats about it. When I spoke to him on the phone it really sounded like derek wanted to give me it because he knew they'd been fobbing people off with lies and it had come to a point where those lies were too much.

I'm a bit sure that they got about 2 units, however.
