US Wii: Preorder Details Thread

This launch in general seems to have exposed a real hole in online service - lack of information. Not just IM. Many others seem to be going through the same thing (as I am right now with Yesasia having sent them four emails since saturday and not getting a reply to one of them).

I think most of us would be quite understanding of delays, availability issues, shipping problems, price fluctuations and so on if we were kept informed of our exact status all the way through.

It's all a bit pox really.

Call their 24 hour free phone number mate, it's alot better than stinky emails.

i'm just glad we are getting our money back at this point, the way things were sounding i was half expecting IM to go the way of dvdsoon and keep everybodys money.

Thats cool, give us a shout if u do need to cancel, and even if it gets sent out to you, well accept it back and refund u if u have got one from somewhere else

Just cracked and ordered one off ebay. ?240 with USPS shipping...10 day wait ahoy ?_?

How long have people who used USPS for their parcel waited for it to come from shipping?

Just got my wii today. Dispatched the 27th of October by USPS and arrived in the depot last night, with ?55 worth of custom fees. So, being as theres no Parcel Force depot in Luton, a coach trip and an hour long walk later the delivery was in my hands, with another two and a half journey to get it home. So thats about 9 days which would have took longer if I waited for them to send me a customs letter and arrange a delivery
