So imagine owning an X region console and only being able to download X region user created levels, wait a sec though sales of LBP in X region were not so strong, so you only have a choice of few hundred levels rather than thousands if you had all regions.
This is just a stupid stupid decision, well done Sony.
They are going in this direction, whats going to be next Killzone 2? Resistance 2? all having region specific lock outs like the old days?

Doesn't it depend on the individual game? Wasn't Motorstorm different from Resistance in this regard? Haven't some region-locked online games depended on the region of the disk or PSN account?

Yeah there's been so many different approaches - Motorstorm was based on game region, Home is apparently on console region, Video Store is based on IP Address.

I still can't see any real justification for locking the online side of stuff if you've made them region free - unless it's all about ****ty net code and server costs.

?The confusion arose out of regional differences in how moderation will work as there are different legal rules each region have to play by, and at one point this looked like it may require the game to be independent in each region - however this has been worked around and there will only be one region for the game?. a LittleBigRegion.?

How quick are they normally for delivering pre-ordered stuff like this?

I wouldn't mind the extra stuff but don't really want to wait for this. I'm wondering if it'll just be standard unlock codes as they my end up online by the end of the day. I suppose there's the chance that they'll have unique codes but most games don't seem to bother.
