Silent Hill 2 was gutting - but Legend of Zelda on the SNES when you find the drunk's son playing the flutey thing.. The music really got me as he dissapears...

Saddest moment in videogames has gotta be the ending to Half Life 2 : Eiposode 2.

Two games I can think of get to me, and both of them are old:

Snatcher:

The scene where Gillian finds the fatally injured Harry. Causes me to get watery eyes every time.

Wing Commander 3 (3DO):

The Hobbes betrayal, specifically the scene afterwards where Blair plays back the holo-recording explanation that Hobbes has left for him. I really got attatched to the characters in that game and it got to me when one of my favourites turned traitor.
