Drake is seriously charming and impossible to dislike, but I'd say Nariko from Heavenly sword was one mofo of a woman. She had a killing stare, strong voice and she was just plain bad ass.

Just like Gordon Freeman, he doesn't say anything at all but I loved being in control of Isaac from Dead Space. I think in this case the suit makes the character.
