Nintendo have announced that due to the imminent price cut us suckers who bought early will be given 10 NES games and 10 GBA games to download as a thankyou as something they are calling the Ambassador Programme.

Full details are on your console, I am too lazy to type it, but you do have to visit the eStore by 11.59pm tonight (11/8) in order to qualify!

NES games available on Sept 1st and GBA "before the end of 2011"....

Has anyone heard anything about hardware fixes on the 3DS? I read on another forum reports of Japanese flame red units having improved hinges and buttons. With Tesco knocking the 3DS out at ?115 I would be tempted to pick up a red one if this is the case

It's due out here on 9th September alongside Star Fox. If there is a nice bundle with SF then I would deffo consider one

Tesco doing them for ?115 from tomorrow. Keep an eye on the papers at the weekend too cos last few weekends there has been ?5 off ?40 spend at tesco vouchers in many. ?110 for 3DS should swing it for lots of people.

Well I got one at launch and don't mind too much. I have loved playing it since I got it and want it to succeed so the more they sell the better. At this price they should fly out once the Mario games hit and it also means I can get a red one on the cheap next month. I wonder how much they will be in Dixons tax free.

PC World will price match Tescos and beat price by 10% of the difference so you can get your 3DS for just over ?100.

Confimed in their advert in todays Sun with them also saying that all games are to be priced at ?25 too. Sweet .

I hope others follow Morrisons with the game price reduction too. That's my single biggest bugbear with 3DS. Games should be ?20-25 max
