Nintendo has detailed that the NES free games will be basic versions which have offline multiplayer and suspend functions but that's all. When the enhanced retail version are available Ambassadors will be able to update their versions for free.

The GBA games won't have suspend support but the system won't go into sleep when closed either.

yeah and its the cheapest by miles, everywhere else is around ?140 so i reckon its a short term thing

That doesn't make sense to me, why couldn't they change that...

They're apparently not planning to actually release the GBA games they're giving away for free to everyone else (unlike the NES ones).

So they probably just can't be bothered to take the extra effort.

I`m sill lookin for a cut price Ridge Racer. When I see one will be very happy, which will be soon no doubt. Can`t wait till September 1st and all those free games.

I tried to buy the GB one`s today, e.g Donkey Kong but the store would not let me?? So confused? I guess they`ll notify us when we get them.
