I selected the toad one for the prize draw, do i have a chance of winning? Possibly, but the reality is i most certainly won't. What pisses me off more is the fact that the people that do win them don't actually want them as i can gaurantee without a doubt that the second that they winners have them in their hands they will put them straight on yahoo auctions & ebay for super inflated prices (c*nts)

To be fair most if not all of the people entering this competition will already have a 3DS anyway. Not very many people see the need to own multiple versions of one console, and if they do win there's no guarantee as to what they'll do, they might give it/sell to a relative or friend, keep it for collectors purposes etc but if they win it's their right to do whatever they want with it. I think the 3DS offers great value for money. I picked this one up at the airport for ?135
I love the white design, and love the Mario game.
When a new console is down to that price I am pretty sure it's going to sell fast! I have been back to the same airport since, and the Mario 3D package had completely sold out, but they had plenty of Zelda #DS Bundles.
My only wish is that the games could come down to a ?17.99 RRP. I feel that would be better suited to long term success. I don't think mobile games should cost 30 quid...Last edited by capcom_suicide; 05-12-2011, 13:44.Comment

I only considered that after I voted. I went for Mario pants and then I thought, oh no, that's easily going to be the most popular. So it's kind of comforting to know that at least some people are going for the Toad one. Yeah, I have a Japanese Hori hard case in light blue - it can also hold three games, AR cards, and a cleaning cloth. No space for headphones unfortunately. I'd also recommend importing a Hori full-console protector set - the fingerprint-resistant version, if possible. Play-Asia should have them in stock and they're fairly inexpensive.Comment
