Anyone here importing from America? With the launch being on sunday there does anyone know when the likes of Videogames Plus, National Console Support etc are shipping international orders out? My VG+ status is processing and has been since i ordered on March 18th so I am hoping for a saturday or monday delivery if posted before the release date!!!

Same here, ordered the 11th. If things go the same way as all other Nintendo Sunday launches, VGP will ship on Friday; DHL will deliver on Monday.

This is what I understand of the HMV in-store bundles:

machine: £219, £20 gift card if pre-ordered

bundle 1: + £20 for one of Monkey Ball, Rayman, Sims, Ghost Recon, or Ridge Racer
bundle 2: + £30 for one of nintendogs, pilotwings, or ssf4
bundle 3: + £50 for two of Monkey Ball, Rayman, Sims, Ghost Recon, or Ridge Racer, plus an accessory pack.

*edit* first 500 on HMV Oxford Street midnight launch get a free game, might be the same deal for the HMV Liverpool do. HMV midnight launch people also get a goodie bag with t-shirt, space blanket (no idea), and some other crap.

I'm going to the Old Billingsgate Club Nintendo thing, no idea if any of that applies there.

My 3ds has now shipped from amazon. Without any games though. Lucky for me I've got ridge racer from the sub offer.

Asked in game today and they confirmed they would be charging £40 for streetfighter instore. Crazy prices.

funny you should say that, I told the lady on the phone about my navy DS and she said they didn't come in that colour, I'll take it along and see what they say, had HMV take US games in before.

I have to say, after rebuying a PSP today and battling with the analogue nub, Nintendo got the analogue thing on the 3DS spot on.

I was told yesterday that I was able to spend the £20 voucher on any bundle. I guess its up to the store what they let you do.

Not really. It's quite clearly been communicated to stores that the £20 g/card is to be used of an additional purchase. It's just that some managers will chase higher day one sales even if it is at the expense of margin. Silly really. They're giving it all away as it is.

Just been on the phone to amazon though, they've promised me friday delivery with a refund of the P+P charge if it doesn't arrive.
