Maybe so but it is very hard to not desire a great PES after playing it since Hyper Soccer on the NES. You know that!

I still hammer and i mean hammer PES2010 on PC all patched and modded up to the eyeballs and its certainly IMO the best footy and best PES game to date so if all this talk of PES2011 being the best next gen version then all i can say is bring it on!!

I have to say. Given the positive post E3 reports this is back on my radar. I'll once again be picking up PES and FIFA this year. I traded both this years versions in against a 360S a few weeks back but yesterday I saw EB selling the world cup FIFA game for stupidly cheap prices ($30) so I have that to tide me over.

Hopefully both will deliver, at least it seems that way.

Headers maybe but Fifas current shooting on Fifa 10 owns Pro.

I don't agree myself . Pro Evo 2010 shooting system is far better than Fifa 10 imo(where almost everytime you add a bit of power it fly's over the bar) And when it comes to headers , Pro Evo is in a different class (and always has been)

up until the World Cup 2010 game. Headers are much improved and you see some real bullet headers fly in.

Really good to read that, about Bullet headers. Hopefully Fifa 11 will improve on it too

I thought the same when I first played it but the shooting system really requires some skill. No I can hit bullet shots from any position on the pitch. It is a matter of timing and not tilting the stick too far forward. PES is far too simple now. Hopefully they will beef it up along with the passing as that is sounding very good.

I pre-ordered FIFA11 whilst I was there too. I'm easily influenced by the licensed stuff I'm sure that will be a good game too. Looking forward to both.
