Amazon have e-mailed me a code to download Nintendo Land as it seems some of their Premium sets shipped without. Whilst I'd be pretty peeved if I was in that camp, I now have both a code and a disk!

Well they e mailed me a code but I checked the box as its for my sons Christmas, and no disc, how the hell am I supposed to wrap a friggin download code, I'm pretty peeved at Nintendo at the moment after my wii u. Troubles so far.

You could sell the code then buy the disk version.

I could but why should I, when it strikes of Nintendo incompetence, I going to call Nintendo and have a go at getting them to send me a disc as it should have been in the box, we will see but I'm going to have a grumpy old man moan at them.

Regardless, if we've paid for a physical copy i expect a physical copy.

Yeah i can do the same. Probably even more impressive is i can take the Gamepad downstairs and use it in the lounge and kitchen. It really is very clever technology

Yes but has anybody tried using it on the crapper?
That's one thing I haven't tried since Thursday is how good the coverage is around my house,will give it a try later this evening.

Yeah, but hopefully you can get into the WiiU via this, be nice to have region free goodness on WiiU!

Doubt that'll happen any time soon. Look at the 3DS.

Just don't get Fifa. It's by far the laziest port on Wii U. The graphics are far worse than the PS3/360 versions not better as promised. It's a low res grainy mess with loads of slow down.

I got the pro controller today and loving it. It's not as light as i expected. It feels right in your hand. Pitty there's no jack port for headset thought.

Blimey your being a bit harsh on Fifa. No way is it a low res grainy mess, it looks exactly the same as the Xbox version, the slow down is limited, my Xbox version suffers from the same occasional slow down. I also like the use of the Gamepad, so nice being able to do things like subs on the fly without having to pause the game. The one feature i do like is when using the Gamepad before the kickoff you can hold the pad and manually pan the camera round the stadiums, only a minor thing but still a nice touch.

What's the deal with Wii transfer? I read you can't transfer stuff back to the Wii, so does that mean the Wii will be wiped, or just the Wii can't be synced with progress etc made on the Wii U? And do you definitely need an SD card?

lol, I made the mistake of going into town and ended up buying a premium from Gamestation. They had some offer if you bought the console you could get a game (from a specific list) for ?25. There was basically a load of tat on it so I plumped for Batman. Got to laugh at the prices of some of the games though ?49.99 lol. Went it game and they had little board outside counting down how many they had left in stock. Basically none of the premiums.

Yeah i had the same experiance going into Game yesterday But fair play to HMV and even Argos both of those were pricing their Wii U games at resonable prices. Game asking ?55 each for Blops 2 and Zomibu? **** Off with that lol.
