    monster hunter is brilliant and as for zelda.......gonna force myself to play it a bit more but i just cannot get used to the controlls (havent played a wii game since 07) and visually its rank.
    One could imagine a Wii game looking rank just after having experienced a Wii U game. As for Skyward Sword on the Wii, it was one of the best looking titles on the system and should probably hold up just as well on a Wii U.

      I've finished with ZombiU now. You can go through it in three hours give or take. It's no Dark Souls, despite what people say. Good launch title mind. I'm gonna get Mass Effect 3 for Chrimbos. I'm pleased with the unit, and being all in English is good as it would have been difficult navigating the myriad of menus in Japanese. It's got itself a stay of execution no doubt. Still a DC though...
      Kept you waiting, huh?

        Not a Monster Hunter fan? I didn't think there was a member of this forum who doesn't enjoy a spot of MH!

          Sadly there are many who do not. Personally I'll be more than happy when that comes out, considering I was going to get a Japanese unit for that alone!

            I don't. But then I've never really got on with questy-grindy games.

              If you're lucky, you might be able to pick up a cheap one from that dodgy geezer down the pub ( well, sports bar really ) A link

                Bit pointless as you might be able to sell some of them, but as soon as they go online they will be tracked to their IP, and the boys in blue will be sent around.

                  Those will end up as one of those "motherlode" threads in 20 years.

                  I just found nearly 7000 WiiUs!
                  etc.

                      Certainly seems to need a patch.

                        I don't understand comments like this, do you think Nintendo know the MAC address/console ID of every single console that was stolen? I doubt they know any of them.

                          When my Wii was stolen in 2007 Nintendo couldn't block it going online even with the serial number.

                            The serial no's should have been tracked coming into the warehouse... otherwise its a pretty crap warehouse! .. Nintendo should be able to then tie that in with MAC addresses assuming they keep a track of that.

                              Answering everyone's biggest question: WiiU eShop holiday sale!
                              Not full games but we can hope at some point they'll be included.
                              $2 off Chasing Aurora->$7.99, $5 off Little Inferno->$9.99 and $4 off Trine 2->$15.99

                                I miss mine wish it had never bricked. I may have to get that replacement sooner rather than later
