Several sites this morning are saying that in the next Nintendo Direct video they will reveal the next true Mario game, Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros 4.

I'd like to see a new racer intellectual property.

They shouldn't attempt an F-Zero AX/GX sequel out of respect. They should leave the series at that.

Not that it'll happen in the next NDirect, but something needs to replace Ridge Racer ffs.

Earthbound for the Wii U on Amazon? Could Nintendo be announcing something soon or is this just a sick joke from an amazon employee?

They announced Mother 2 on the vc a while back.

I seems there has been a massive sales increase for the wii u this week in the light of the Xbox one, so it seems some people were waiting , but amazon report massive increases according to nintendolife, with Mario 3d on the way it could yet be the winner.

A 386% increase, according to that. Not sure what that means in real terms (4 instead of 1 consoles sold?), but still it's really very funny.

Hopefully it will go the same way as the 3ds, I've always and always will love Nintendo, some of the greatest games ever created have come from them, so i really hope wii u hits off.

It most certainly will hit off, it's only been out for 6 months and none of the big games (excluding NSMB) are even out yet.
