Prospect of a new Mario kart and new 3D mario in 2013? Yes!

I'm excited at the thought at least there is no way in hell Nintendo won't announce most of these - otherwise they're dead to me (and many other potential Wii-U customers).

I think there's a potential for Nintendo to "win" E3 this year. They can focus purely on the games and if the rumours are to be believed they have a heck of a line up.

I think the WiiU needs a price drop or bundle refresh - maybe sticking in a remote and nunchuck so totaly new owners can play some multi player NintendoLand straight away.

Having events in Best Buy is also a brilliant idea - let the people who will buy your product play it early, build that hype and excitement.

Blimey; I wish we could walk into a store next week and play Mario Kart WiiU early!!

With the rumours of the White 8gb ones being recalled I'm sure a new console and something bundle will be announced next week.

Maybe a price cut too or a new White Premium here as well as in Japan, if they could whack that out at ?199 or just above with a decent it game could really kick-start console sales.

Just got one from the missus yesterday (birthday present), and feeling a little underwhelmed as the system updates, setup and no charge in the gamepad left me no time to actually play it before bed! Will try some Lego City tonight.

Bet Lego City needs an update too lol. 5 out of 7 Wii U games I've played have needed updates. It's all worth it in the end!

If Nintendo can just stick the two cut dungeons back into Wind Waker ill be happy, that and a new 3D Mario and Metroid of course

I have just joined the Wiiu club. I was waiting to see what MS and Sony had to offer but no lending of games sealed the deal for me. I have always preferred Nintendo when it comes to gaming anyway. I may look at getting a ps4 or XB1 once the prices come down and games can be had for cheaper than the rumored ?60 price tag.

As for the Wiiu i am impressed with the console, really like the offscreen play, in fact i have only played on my 42" tv for 5 minutes to play the Rayman demo which could not be played on the pad.

I am also impressed with the range. I live in an apartment and can get signal to my gamepad 2 rooms away, yes the toilet test has been done quite hapily played Mario without any lag.

I also l;ike the way i can pull up tv controls at any time and how well it works with my tv and tivo.

However load times and updates are a huge pain, i also find the eshop really hard to navigate compared to the 3ds one.

On the game front the star of the show for me is Trine 2 it is a lovely game so well designed. Also playing the Rayman demo has made me very excited for the game, it makes suberb use of the gamepad and touch screen and is just so fluid. Can't wait for that one.

Been playing Skyward Sword the last couple of days on mine. I missed out on it when it came out as i didnt have a Wii. Thing is, did the game suffer from so many jagged edges on the Wii as well? Its a real shame, as the game under it all looks decent enough.

Depends what TV you are playing on too, I played it on the Wii via component and it was pretty good on a 720p screen. I was thinking of playing it again but now I have a 1080p set I doubt it would go that far and not show more jaggies.
