      Not my connection.

120Mb fibre that my PS3, Laptop, phone etc have no problem maintaining a connection to. To be sure I had nothing else connected and had the Wii U right next to the router.

Quite a few people having problems with the wii u and its slow or inconsistent wifi issues wish Nintendo would do something about this issue??

Agreed. Didn't the exact same thing happen with the 3DS initially? I remember a lot of adverts to the effect of "Nintendo 3DS is a brand new console which plays brand new games and is brand new (seriously it's not another DS revision)" for its first year.

Still, it seems that issue has passed now, so the Wii / Wii U confusion for the average consumer may only be a temporary problem.

Good to see SMW is the US ver. I know it's not exactly cheap but I'm happy to vote with my wallet for 60HZ SNES awesomeness.

Well im having the same issues updating the Wii U. It really is the worst machine for connecting to the internet. Its not my connection because like others have said my PS3/Xbox and everything else connects with no problem but Wii U i have nothing but problems with. It really is frustrating.

re virtual console - i have not yet transferred my wii stuff to the wii u, but was wondering how it works. do i still have to keep the games on an SD card if they dont fit in the wii partition memory?

if i buy smw (at the discount) do i have to buy this through the wii bit or the wii u? and is it enough to have it on the sd card to get the doscount or do i need to have it on the wii memory of my wii u?

it feels like its not really clear or its just me being dumb!!

you have to pay for the app and then pay for each tour. Sounds like a ripoff to me

The Wii U Panorama View application has launched in the Nintendo eShop on Wii U. The app allows Wii U owners to use their Wii U GamePad controllers to go on 360-degree guided tours.

I don't like the word "PAY"
The demo looks good and I would browse through them but it should be free imo
