Have all been enough for me so far with everything else I have going on with other consoles. I have yet to buy Lego City and Pikmin 3. So no complaints here. More games are welcomed but they would only end up in a pile unplayed at the moment.

Top ten Wii games according to Wiki. Now you would assume that these are the biggest franchises for the machine as they sold the most. New SMB has sold just under 28m and is now out on Wii U, twice in fact. It has done nothing to sell the machine to consumers. There is no Super Mario Galaxy but Wiki states the sequel sold just over half of the original. Smash Bros is out this year and may do well but it sold far less than NSMB so you can assume safely it will not sell machines.Wii Sports 82.98 million[2][b] N/A Nintendo EAD (Group 2) Nintendo Mario Kart Wii 34.26 million[2][a][b] N/A Nintendo EAD (Group 1) Nintendo Wii Sports Resort 31.89 million[2][a][b] N/A Nintendo EAD (Group 2) Nintendo Wii Play 28.02 million[2][a] N/A Nintendo EAD (Group 2) Nintendo New Super Mario Bros. Brawl 11.49 million[2] N/A Ad hoc development team Nintendo Wii Party 7.94 million[3] N/A Nd Cube, Nintendo SPD (Group 4) Nintendo
The leave Mario Kart, always a big seller but not due until next year.
The other games in the list are all party/gimick based games. It highlights to me that the Wii was a complete Freak in terms of Nintendo sales and their main core games do not sell enough to support a console above about 30-40 million units at best, much like the N64 and Gamecube.
The casual market that made the Wii a success has mostly likely moved on to the tablet market or will keep their existing Wii and are probably happy with it. This is all speculation but I cannot see it any other way.
Wii U, screwed.
