For those of you who where asking for proof, here ya go- http://www.computerandvideogames.com...ty-vita-games/

I just ordered my first VIta via amazon.
The more I investigated, the more this seems to be an amazing piece of gaming hardware.

Tearaway, LBP, Gravity Rush, Killzone, Wipeout..... and two of my all times favs- UMVC3 & NG2 (Sigma Plus) to play on the go?
      Hell yes!
      I'm all over that!

The ultimate hardcore gamer handheld, too bad Sony threw the towel in.
They could still make it a success now with the right game/marketing, alas they are not interested.
That won't stop me having a blast with it.

Soul sacrifice Delta came out last week for people wanting more out the first game. It's basically the first one with fair bit of extra content along with a new faction option and balancing etc.

It's been out quite a while now, hasn't it? I liked the first but was hoping they'd box this one like they did in Japan. As it stands, I'll wait until it drops in price - ?24.99 for a digital only purchase doesn't sit right with me.

Just confirms that the Vita is now pretty much an 'indie' device. Not complaining mind you .. If we get games with the quality of TXK then I can live with that.

Has anyone played both ng sigma pluses on vita? I want to play though 2 but the thing is never discounted on the vita store and no demo.

Yep its dead, even worse than the psp games wise. What a shame as its a nice piece of kit.

At least Nintendo are supporting the wii u through a very hard time and don't piss on the fans like sony have.

I haven't got a WiiU and can't see me getting one any time soon but I completely agree with that. And they did the same for the 3DS which had a difficult first year. They dug in and pushed serious amounts of first party support and they also tried a bunch of different marketing options. When things got tough, they seemed to increase marketing rather than abandoning it. They don't always do that (GB Micro...) but it worked for the 3DS. Will it work for the WiiU? No idea but they're giving it a damn good go.

Is correct. Although by the looks of it, most of Nintendo's major Wii U output is slated for 2015 which doesn't necessarily help the machine.

GB Micro is a different case though, that's just a shrunk down GBA.

I still think there will be a third, cheaper/lighter Vita variation in a few years though.

You could be right if it's sold more as a PS4 peripheral.

                              What would the point be?

If they made one with L2 and R2 that just was able to used remote play if be in.
