See I really glad that demos come out personally. Without the bayo2 demo I wouldn't of tried it as the first just didn't gel with me at all. However after the free demo Ninty and platinum gained another day 1 sale, that can only be a good thing.

But, I guess I don't need to care 'cause these EULAs aren't binding in Finnish legal system anyway, apparently.

If you have already agreed to an EULA I would have thought you would be able to access any content you have bought under it and if you disagree to a new one then you lose access from that point on but as mentioned, unless you agree to the updated one with sections that mention Nintendo will install changes without notifying you at any time and all software is now rental based, then your system is effectively a brick.

Rightly or wrongly, Nintendo are destroying themselves with stupid PR.

Really? I pre-ordered my solus edition with GAME but no news or debit... I don't really mind if it doesn't ship until Friday though as if the UK Special Edition is just PEGI ratings on the cover and not the huge German rating too I'm going to switch/return and get the SE just for the cool Bayonetta 1 boxart.

So if anyone gets the SE (not the LE) early please confirm or post pics for us obsessive-types!!

Ooooh, looks great, I'm never interested in big box or special editions though. I just like a nice little row of blue DVD cases. I'm one of those people who always bin the outer boxes for special editions, consoles and peripherals too.
