It's very unlikely Nintendo/TPC would win in an IP case against PalWorld, and if they lose it could open all sorts of legal ramifications for them and everyone else. I think "investigating" is meant to keep PalWord's developers/publisher on alert about what they do more than anything.Originally posted by huxley View Post
