I've still got 11mb free on my 16gb touch!

Goddammit, I don't. I could really do with another 16gb.

Finally, a reasonable size for the touch. 64GB and I'll finally get an iPhone, just so I don't have to carry around two devices all day.

Been deliberating about the merits of buying an iPod Touch (I own a 5th-Gen 30Gb Classic iPod with 20Gb free space on it), and this will now probably swing it for me.

As for iPhone, my stance is pretty simple: No 3G, no interest!

Ey up, I'm scratching around trying to find out how to reformat or wipe me 4gig ipod Nano - can anyone help? I basically tried to use Winamp to synch my tunes on my laptop but did this before using itunes on it for the first time, which seems to have resulted in 2.5gig of files iTunes doesn't recognise being dumped on there. Winamp doesn't seem to spot them either. It's all going really well... Any assistance gratefully received!

I've just formatted my old iPod earlier today, connect it to iTunes and there's an option in there to do a factory reset

Some people have probably seen this already ? The guy behind the iAno piano app, has a drummer on the way too..!

For the iPhone & iPod Touch...

On iTunes its called Restore and should be on the Summary tab for your iPod.

Are there any decent free DVD ripping software apps out there which will also lift the subtitles from the disc?

I've got some anime DVDs that I want to put on my Touch but the only software I seem to be able to find won't let me convert subtitles.

                    Thanks.

A weird question here. Anyone know if theres such a wire that has an iPod charger Male connection (the charger one) on one end and a Female connection (the actual charger slot) on the other?

Basically I want to be able to connect the iTrip to the iPod without having to remove it from the case each time I want to use it.

Suppose you're after something the same as the docking station really aren't you, just not a docking station!

Yes exactly! Like the actual dock connector of the docking station or something.

I think my Touch is borked. The music takes an age to load and when I select a song to play nothing happens. Its going back to HMV tomorrow.

Have you tried reapplying the latest firmware from iTunes?

                                I haven't. Cheers, I'll try that tonight.
